appropiate what's yours.
we know we can manifest our dream lives, have your desires, yadda yadda yadda… but can you actually do it? see, the ability to manifest is something we all possess. but the willingness to actually act on that is something that some people may need practice in.
to desire and to decide.
to have a desire is easy. we all do, eventually. nevertheless, to claim a desire as yours and appropriate it as such is a whole other step. it requires you to be bold, decisive and focused on what you want to manifest. if you have no problem demanding and accepting things you want to have to be yours, that’s 1 good for you and 2 you are free to either skip this post or read along.
all states belong to you.
now, for those who still need a bit of assistance: you need to learn to declare things as yours. it is of importance to become comfortable in your mind and to realise that any desire, any state, and any feeling is accessible to you. they all belong to you and you shall act like it. there is truly nothing embarrassing, haughty or delusional about it.
the only creator of mind.
see, no one's gonna steal your desires from you. no one's going to say "no" and call you out for wanting things without earning or deserving them. in fact, no one could ever get in your way because they don’t have the free will to do so. people are just you pushed out, a reflection of your imagination, a physical embodiment of what has once only existed imaginatively. and that means… the only person who could possibly interfere with your plans is you. again, nothing and no one outside of you exists.
the mind is limitless.
in case no one has told you, your mind is actually yours! it belongs to you! so USE it. this may come off as a little funny since it’s quite self-explanatory but you are allowed to think the thoughts you desire to think, to feel the feelings you'd like to feel, to decide how your reality should look like according to your personal preference and accept it as such. it's all up to you because your mind is yours. i can’t get in there and tell you what to think of. i can't stop you. and i certainly can’t tell you "no, this is impossible/unrealistic/illogical to manifest".
don't wish, just be.
don’t tell me who you don’t want to be. don’t tell me what you wish, hope or pray to be. instead, tell me who you are. what is it that you want to have? what is it that you want to experience? how would you want your life to look like? whatever it is that you want — if you know what it is — appropriate it. stop holding yourself back by only desiring things. stop stopping yourself. we all have desires we would want to make a reality, so go further.
it is now yours, only.
take it. it’s yours. you have given it to yourself. it’s done. i cannot take it from you, your sp cannot do it either, nor does anyone have the power to remove anything from you what you have already identified with. if you say it’s yours, baby, then it has no other choice but to be yours …

Several of you folks had the same question and I would like to give you a fair answer: "what made you start?"
Ok first up, you don't know me if you're asking that question! I have always gravitated towards movement, therefore to be clear, I am not starting, I'm continuing. Played a few sports along the way and surrounded myself with teamates; because being in compeition against another teams or individuals gives me interal satisfactory. I love compeition.
Sooooo, that would have been my initial answer... but imma pump my breaks and rephrase what I mean, because I understand the question came from a good place; again the question - here is my honest answer, IMAGINATION! You absolutely need to adopt creativity. When you can make sense of your thoughts and line them all up, you will create your vision. A vision of how you wanna run your company. A vision of your dream house on an empty lot. Or how you envision winning that medal or crown. In my specific journey, I see my body in its transformation look. I see the muscles in my arms, that flat tummy look with protruding abs. I see it! I feel every aspect of it. I one-thousand percent believe in that end product. Therefore my mind and body will activate the motivation. I will now be on the hut for anything and everything that brings me closer to that vision.
Friends, its nothing new, we've all heard this about a 1,000 years ago - "people without a vision or a plan will go to and fro on this earth." Now spin that phrase to were the words will trigger you to get inspired.

HAVING AN INTENTIONAL ROOM

Your room is the most important place in your life. You sleep, wake up, heal and experience many emotions just in your room. You have to take care of your room, so it is spiritually the ideal place to grow into the best version of yourself. 
KEEPING YOUR ROOM CLEAN 
Keeping your room free of mess is an act of mindfulness and self-discipline that supports your overall journey and connects you with your higher self. It helps with promoting clarity, and cultivating inner balance and is an everyday self-care ritual. 
Make your bed every day. You have to respect the place in which you sleep and heal.
Hang up clean clothes after the day or put any dirty clothes in your laundry hamper, avoid tossing them on the floor. 
Find a place for everything, and know where everything is. If you do not know where each thing in your room is located, you either have too much clutter or you’re disorganised. 
Tidy up your room daily, neatly putting everything away in its place. If needed, buy a few organisers. 
Don’t leave rubbish for extended periods. Treat your room like a temple, don’t disrespect it, and pick up after yourself. 
Try to avoid eating meals in your bedroom. We forget the dirty dishes over time, and it stinks and attracts unwanted bugs. 
Change bed sheets regularly. Once a week at the most, for more hygienic reasons though. 
Remove unwanted items on your bedside table. Keep it minimal and intentional with anything you want to place on it.
Regularly clean up the dust in your room, using a duster or a damp microfiber cloth on all of the surfaces. 
ENCOURAGING GROWTH IN YOUR LIFE
A room designed to encourage inner growth serves as a physical reminder of your commitment to self-improvement, personal development, and overall well-being. It creates an environment helpful to improvement, self-reflection, and positive change.
Keep specific areas of your room designated to one task in your life. For me, my desk is for productivity, my bed is for resting or relaxing and my bedroom floor is for mindful activities. 
Throw away any items that do not serve a purpose to you anymore. Avoid keeping items that bring you painful or harmful memories.
Minimise the presence of technology in your room. I suggest having zones in your room which is device-free or having a time of day in which devices are not allowed in your room. 
Create a vision board poster in your room that you can see every day, which helps to visualise and motivate you to create your dream life. 
Place meaningful quotes, affirmations, mantras or prayers as reminders of the values, mindsets or intentions you wish to cultivate in your life.
Display personal achievements. If you won any awards or certificates, place them in a way in which you can view them every day. If you have done something in your life that you think is an achievement but have no award to display, just simply create your own. Buy some balsawood and glue it together to create your own medal. 
Place items that align with the habits or routines you want to cultivate in your life so that they are easily accessible. Put a workout mat in the corner, always have your journal on your desk or have a cold water bottle ready to go when you wake up. 
3. DECORATING YOUR ROOM TO REFLECT YOU
Decorating your room in a way that reflects your true self brings a sense of authenticity and comfort. It creates a nurturing environment that allows for self-expression, reflection, and personal growth which ultimately contributes to your journey of inner development.
Make a mood board or vision board of how you would want your room to look, how it supports you and how it makes you feel. Choose a colour scheme in this process as well.
Add candles or incense that you think embodies who you are, or who you want to be. For example, if I want to be a cleaner person, I would choose a candle that smells like fresh linen. 
Put up posters of things that you like, people who you look up to or anything that expresses who you are.
Add a canopy to your bed while you sleep. So cute, and I believe it helps protect you from any unwanted energy entering through you while you sleep. 
Add a rug, even if you already have carpet, to enhance the cozy ambience of the room. 
An ottoman at the end of the bed can elevate your room to look more expensive, if needed, it can also be an organiser for your extra things. 
Put life in your room, adding low-maintenance plants or flowers can liven it up. A little extra, research some plants or flowers meaning’s and pick one that resonates with you. 
Display any of your favourite jewellery, bags, clothing pieces, or make-up around your room. A nice way to appreciate what you have, without actually using them.

I know you’ll probably read this at some point in time, whether that’s at 3:47am when you can’t sleep because your thoughts are too loud or whether it’s a random morning as you’re making your coffee to start your day. To them you are simply a period, at the end of a sentence, of a long chapter in their bleak lives, but to me you are the metaphor that I compare every beautiful living being to. You are the sunshine tucked behind a summer storms cloud and sometimes those storms may seem like they’re never going to pass, but isn’t it amazing how the sunset on nights like those are the most beautiful things we’ve ever seen? You’re so many things, I wish I could describe. To them, you may never be enough but to me you were and are everything. I don’t ask to be noticed because I’d rather sit back and notice every little thing about you. You are everything they forgot but everything I will never forget. People always ask me what love means to me and I could give them a million and one reasons or explanations but the first thing that pops in my head is you.

In the midst of the chaos, it is astonishing how remarkable life really is. We are all here for such a short period of time and the interactions, feelings and connections we have are everything. The love we share with other humans is critical. I think today I finally realized that things happen, you cannot change them. I have fought for years to build the quality of consistently holding love in my heart and I have struggled so hard, but I am finally there. There are always going to be people who’ve done you wrong, who you’ve done wrong, people who would kill to see you fail, but I think showing them a little love and compassion in the midst of their hatred, is the key to an equally nourishing and positive existence. Love those you don’t know, love nature, love the Earth we are blessed to live on. This afternoon, I swam in the ocean for hours and felt the current wash me back and forth and I realized how forceful life can be in many senses, including literal. I sat and thought about how life changes so quickly, like how the tide washes away grains of sand and replaces them, our life consistently washes away people and things and replaces them with the new. While watching the waves peel, I then closed my eyes and it happened, I let go. I let go. I let go of my past, I let go of trying to control my health, I let go of it all, I felt free and in that moment I realized that the silver lining is what you make it. I have never had this feeling in my life, ever. I’ve always tried to carry others burdens, I’ve felt sorrow over my past and then remembered, we only have now. I don’t know what’s going to happen with me but you know what? I’ve lived a pretty meaningful fucking life man. Just have to let go, live, because you’re not living in the past anymore, that’s long gone, now is here.

Life in one single word is, reaction. Life is based off reactions. When you wake up in the morning your body reacts, therefore giving you the energy to go. When you change environments your body reacts, ensuring survival. When you meet new people your perceptions are based on reactions. When you sense you react. Hearing, seeing, tasting, smelling, it’s all reactions. Life is one beautiful, big, reaction.
Yet, the most important thing I’ve learned about reactions, is, most often, there is no need for one. That’s life.

Funny how three words can change your entire life. How one simple arrangement of letters and words can suddenly take your bland and otherwise unplanned life and then turn it into a controlled chaos. It’s crazy how three simple words can alter life’s meaning, to make it the highest of highs or the lowest of lows. In example, the day I told the first girl I’d ever gone madly insane for, “I love you.” No matter what I did, no matter how much arguments we got into, I would look into those brown eyes repeatedly and think of that same arrangement of three meaningless words that combined together, eventually making everything in the universe make sense. Yet, it’s crazy, how things get a little torn, ravaged, confused. You use that same three lettered formula over and over again, that you eventually lose the true meaning. You give that power to people, people that aren’t worth those three, powerful words. You’ll learn, you’ll stumble across people who use those words as manipulation for their strength in your time of weakness. On the other hand, you’ll meet people who say those three words with the purest of intentions. The people who say that as their bible to you, their religion to you, their creed to you, the people who would martyr themselves for you in the name of those three simple, yet powerful words. Those three words, “I love you,” are meant to be said with intent, with passion, with certainty. Say what you mean and mean what you say, because there are another set of three words that can burn your heart quicker than flames on paper. The words everyone at some point in their life dread saying, that symbolizes despair, which makes the thread to use “I love you,” nonetheless even more substantial and meaningful. Because nothing hurts more than saying “I miss you,” to the one that you should be saying “I love you,” to, which is a daily reminder to some, that in the pursuit of whatever it may have been, they lost everything.

Master of deception, that’s what you are. One day so much hope over the simple pleasures like holding breakfast or having a cup of tea. The next, you’re suffering from near paralysis and you can’t fix a thing. They put time frames on things, on healing, on when the next possible chance to be a savior will be, and how and when the next chance come to take away the impossible, to no avail. I am tired. I am tired of false hopes, of feeling great, then feeling like I’m going to perish the next, just by walking a few steps or doing simple pleasures I enjoy. I am dismayed that one single person can give a you a time frame like you weren’t built for war. I need answers, I need solutions. Less needles, less opinions, less people, more action. Less unexpected chills, less pain, less faintness, more activity. You are tricky. How could you go 22 years with the slightest of flaws and now you decide you want to infect and decay? My mind is at loss. For God sake I’m doing everything I can do to live and be happy and you can’t even fight with me. I sit and watch as all the way to the bone you grow smaller, like Camelot imploding. My hopes slowly diminishing, but my heart still gold and my intentions are strong. I just want you to get better, us, to get better together. Without you, there is no I, for you are the flesh and I am the mind. Feel that though? That’s a heartbeat, you’re alive, we are okay, in this moment. No matter how much you give, how much you cripple or ail of fall, we are alive and that counts for everything. But please, don’t give up, don’t give out, just be. I need you more than ever. I need you, you are home. No house goes down in flames without a fight. We are the foundation together.

Of course female friendship is a beautiful thing. It’s insanely powerful. Sisterhood is something so valid and important when you are growing up that I literally think the essence of it should be taught in schools. But, the ‘squads’ we see in the media are very polarizing. Feminism and friendship are supposed to be inclusive, and most of these ‘squads’ are strictly exclusive. It makes feminism look very one dimensional. Feminism is so multilayered and complex that it can be frustrating when the media and the celebrities involved in it make feminism and ‘squads’ feel like this very happy, exclusive, perfect thing. There’s so much more than that. 'Squad goals’ can polarize anyone who is not white, thin, tall and always happy.

There are moments in life in which you must stop your thoughts from drifting towards others, where you must stop looking out for people other than you, and ask yourself “what do you want?” It’s not selfish if its healing. Some may see it as such, but they are wrong, hurt, because they’ve been wounded. They see it as selfish because they do not understand. They see it as selfish because for once you’ve decided to stand up yourself, for your life, and they are not used to this. You’ve taken what you’ve known and you’ve turned it around. You’re healing. You’re trying to get your life on track. What’s the harm in that? Nothing. Do not lose sleep over this. Do not dwell on the people who might get mad. Take some time and move on from whatever it was that was controlling you, whether it was a break up, a mistake, or something else that threw you off track for awhile. Breathe. Absorb new oxygen. Look out for yourself for awhile, no one else, and maybe then you’ll find your happiness again.

I’ve been on a mental and spiritual journey lately. I haven’t fully understood it until this week. I am constantly trying to understand things. Dissect them. Break it down. Understand why. You never truly have life figured out but everyday I am learning more. I have found rules for life that work for me and help me to be better.
There is no such thing and “right” or “wrong.” What is right for me, may not be right to someone else. Same goes for being wrong. Everyone believes in different things and we need to understand that and not make them feel bad for it.
Always see things from both sides. We can’t be so self absorbed or stubborn that we only see our view. We have to be compassionate and understand that everyone has feelings and different things affect different people in different ways.
Learn to let go of anger or hurt. It doesn’t make sense to hold on to anything that doesn’t help you. It is wasted energy and does nothing but bring you down.
Be positive. If you change the way you see the world, the world changes. Bottom line.
Pick and choose your battles wisely.
Spend time alone. Spend time on yourself. There is no one more important than YOU.
Your mind is powerful. Anything you want to achieve, you can do with a sound mind. There are no limits to your willpower and no barriers too big to stop you. I truly believe this. ANYTHING is possible.
