happy work in progress wednesday!! here's a passage from my current multichapter wip! the premise is fallen angel vash au, but this is an interaction in chapter nine with livio :)

“A roommate?” Livio’s eyebrows shoot up. “In that tiny rental?”

“Well, it wasn’t—planned. He’s sleeping on the couch.” Wolfwood scratches the side of his neck. “But yeah. His name’s Vash. He’s…” Wolfwood struggles for the right word to use to describe his roommate, actively fighting the urge to call him angelic or heavenly, knowing how that would sound to his brother. (Even if it would be really funny to recount to Vash later.) “He’s a nice guy. You’d probably like him.”

Livio’s eyes widen. “A nice guy. You like him!”

“I—what?”

“As a person,” Livio clarifies with a hand lifted. “Unless—”

“No.”

“Okay, then as a person.” Livio grins. “But you definitely do. The only other person you’ve ever outright called nice is that Millie Thompson.”

Wolfwood can’t deny that—or at least he can’t deny that Millie is nice—but it’s a little humiliating that Livio has been keeping track. “...So? I’m living with him, I’m allowed to like him.”

IT'S FINALLY TIME... since january i have been working on a multichapter fic where vash is a fallen angel who crashes in wolfwood's yard and wolfwood takes him in. ft. a ridiculous slowburn, some canon typical ~drama~, and a mystery that probably isn't all that mysterious to anyone but wolfwood.

admittedly i dont care much abt takes on the dynamic... BUT i tend to imagine for Vash, any version of trigun, would be kind of embarrassed/hiding behind jokes or awkward laughter until he knows the other vash is also into it and then they would be fucking feral. lots of talking/babbling for 98 vash... stamp and max would maybe be a little quiet? for WW... I think the whole thing would be kind of fumbling, very little discussion, just kind of feeling things out until its more intense and theyre too far gone to care lol. For some reason I imagine vash/vash to be more feral horny (getting out those intense emotions that vash thinks only himself is able to understand/not judge) but wolfwood selfcest feels more tender to me (similarly, wanting to be treated softly without being pitied, only trusts himself to do that...)

but looking forward to whatever u make for it (if u want to) ☺️

And, okay, sooo I am working on an outline for a sequel…..it’s too early for me to promise it’ll ever be fully realized BUT there will absolutely be more from this au even if it’s just little scenes here and there because it is very near and dear to me and I’m clinging to it with both hands

Between work and school I am barely alive rn and without the deadlines for the big bang keeping me on track time has just slipped away and omg it’s already April HA I’m also the type who can’t do anything without a fully-fledged outline, so even though I have some loose scene ideas I’m like wait what if I can fit it into a proper sequel instead!! (I’m also the slowest writer in the entire world…)

Anyways,,, so sorry to ramble at you, all this to say, thank you I love you I hope I can write more and live up to expectations SOON and I hope you have the most wonderful rest of forever
