Alright so, i saw this idea with Maiko but let me apply it to Zukka real quick
Basically the first thing Sokka does as ambassador is adopt an owl cat and names it Your Honor. Nicknamed Yo Hon just to keep the joke between them
Bacically "Zuko! Your honor shit on the floor again"
..
"Zuko! Your honor is stuck in that tree!"
"He can fly"
"Yeah but he's fragile"
..
And eventually Zuko goes with it because it is hilarious, and when the rest of the gaang visits Yo Hon does something to irritate Zuko, but all in good fun and Zuko screams "HONOR!" then chasing him off yelling "Get your fuzzy feathered ass back here istg Yo Hon!"
And the gaang is just "what did we miss"
Sokka fills them in and its just a while inside joke
...
In a meeting with the advisors will lean over "he Zuko, Your Honor is about to crap on that advisor. And Zuko loses it in the middle of the conference room. Laughing to tears as Yo Hon takes a crap on the advisors head. Oh well. They hated that advisor anyway
...
This joke eventually spreads through the whole palace staff, reminding them yet again that he is indeed nothing like his father. Especially with his laugh and bright smile.
