Last time I forgot my meds the withdrawals started already in the evening, but now I'm fine, so maybe I did take them after all 🤷
Can't remember if I took my meds this morning or not, oops
#took some xanor earlier tho because i was getting really anxious over this so idk#i'm usually very good at remembering to take my meds but this has happened twice now :(((#speaking of my stupid ass meds#venlafaxine is sort of working still yeah but i hate hate how numb i am :((((#ofc the kinda stable mood is better than going from one extreme to another within just a few hours#but man#i'm sick and tired of this because i still cant get shit done#i'm still feeling very depressed but it's almost as if my brain doesnt care#i'm seeing a doctor next month and will get to talk about my meds and continuation of my treatment#so hopefully we'll find something that works better for me
