Happy 4/27, everyone!
A Very Merry Stanley Danley to the lot of you! Two years since the release of TSPUD, my goodness!
I know I haven't been very active, but I'm not gone! How would I be, there's no way out of here, really.

Into The Vortex
Matching Soundtrack: [Fools Garden - Highest Mountain]
I have yet to share (or, ah, produce) the conclusion to the Pre-Parable story arc... but here's a spoiler. Ultimately, of course, you know how that's going to go - Employee 432, according to the daily reports of Office Co., eventually goes insane and vanishes.
Neither of these claims can be denied. But what if he surrendered to the mysterious depths voluntarily? What if he had his reasons?

MissingNo and Settings432
In the Post-Parable everything is wonderful and everyone cares about each other.
Bonus Counter Sketch: Employee 234 decided that a high voltage power cable looked extremely chewable and all he has to say about the consequences is something in the lines of, "...Why though?"

432 Roots For All
So, for the physical edition of The Stanley Parable Ultra Deluxe ([Preorder Now], it's limited time only!!), there was a competition going on in the Crows Crows Crows Discord server - four teams, four Perfectly Mundane Places inside the game. Employee 432 here? He's Team Room You Can't Usually Access, but he's rooting for them all.
He's doing his best to present each and every spot in the game in its best light. He might have made it worse, actually, but do give him this one, he's very excited to break out of his daily routine.

Who, me?
Speaking of the Creature! Here, have a little animation of MissingNo (previously known as Employee 234), for whenever one of your games is bugging out on you and you need someone to point at.
It's okay. He knows he's guilty.

To be honest, I feel a little bit nostalgic when I am looking on this collab @a-game-of-beginnings and I made a while ago. Just like it caught a moment when the Parable just begun. It started like all these stories when a friend of yours just say: "Hey. Why don't we just try something fun today?" - and that's how a loooong adventure starts.

MissingNo.
Oh hey! Look who made it into the Parable!
So… if anything in the game ever isn't working as it should because it's missing bits here and there, you know who to blame.
POV: You just found out that half of your hallway has been replaced with white light and is unplayable, and then catch a glimpse of this guy who's immediately booking it before you can question him.

More Sketches, With Love
Thank you all so much for the Tag and Reply comments, I'm so very glad you like the guys roaming this little blog space in here! ❤️
Holidays are always a bit of a mystery to me so I'm not exactly prepared for this Valentines Thing - have some more older random sketches instead. Some of them are almost on topic, I feel.
Give 432 a tiny bit of freedom just outside the boundaries of the Pre-Parable and you might almost mistake his reckless behavior for a death wish. For the record, Toshi (@circuitboardz) can enjoy every single 432 except this here wiggly excuse of a gremlin, who promptly got eaten five minutes after this picture was taken. Cookie (@430-pm) just so happened to be on the path of hurried retreat.
And here's some more random ones. Descriptions in ALT text, but I doubt they'll make more sense then.
Oh, hey, also! The Hoodie is real, by the way. As in, that thing that 432 is always wearing when he's NOT wearing a white suit or shirt.

Employee #234
The Pre-Parable family continues to grow. Say hi to employee #234, but maybe do it from a small safe distance. It's not that you can't have any pleasant conversations with him, quite the contrary, but if he seems to get fidgety you might want to have a bit of a headstart, or possibly a nice wooden treat to toss in his general direction.
Yes, he does suspiciously look like a blonde predecessor of 432. Yes, there's a reason for that, and it's complicated enough to make 234's number glitch out in the monitor room. No, they're not related. Yes, he was given all of the pencils and none of the sharpeners.
Under the cut: Two early pictures of the same guy. Despite his looks, he generally acts like a perfectly regular and fairly chill employee.

The Darker Side Of It All
Usually the darker side of the Parable remains hidden, but maybe it can help to understand the one or other behavior in here a little better if you catch a glimpse. So this post will contain all of those.
First off, the Narrator. I know-- HE knows you won't care all that much if terrible things happen to him. Maybe you even believe he deserves it all. On top, his personal nightmares are far more on the abstract side. A human might be able to vaguely relate, but maybe there is no way at all to truly ever see the full picture of this entity.
Not to mention, you know how self-protective the Parable can get.
Now - under the cut - employee 432's worst moments, in his own Pre-Parable timeline, are far more on the tangible side. Yes, he gets moody, strange, highstrung or rebellious near all of the time.
But there is times where he is simply at his wits' end. There is not a single type of breakdown he hasn't experienced, over and over, and those are the moments where management will step in directly.
He will be put on timeouts, subdued, maybe even get his feelings or memories erased if the experiment is endangered, but he has long reached a point where this isn't as effective as they may think it is.
Long before he surrendered to the maelstrom of timelines and became the concept of the game's settings, he had started to hear and see and notice things he shouldn't. His physical form became unstable and would glitch out at random times, having them all believe he was merely being "clumsy".
Pushed beyond his limits and then so much further than that... what did they expect to happen, really? At least, in the end, they did get the results they were looking for.
Oh, and Stanley? One day he will become aware, and he won't know how to handle it. It will be the day when all the timelines break apart, and there are no more choices.
Maybe it can be fixed, and they can all, once again, return to their old routine, the story that cannot end.
Or maybe something more might happen, making their existence even a tiny bit more bearable. Babysteps.

In Contrast, Post-Parable Scenarios
Settings432 talking about if he used a calculator or figured out by hand how many different times there are in a day (and how much of a chance there is that you'd pick the same time twice).
And then just continues to say stuff. He enjoys talking to Player, okay.
Bonus: Settings has been compared to Undertale's Gaster before. This one would have fun cosplaying the guy, for sure! He can even do the glitches convincingly, they sort of happen all the time.

Some More Pre-Parable Scenarios
Yeah, hi, hope you're not getting sick of seeing this guy just yet. I was asked what he thinks of instant noodles and, to be honest, I have no idea because the Pre-Parable timeline, much like the regular Parable, resets before anyone ever gets to eat.
But what he'd definitely do, beside eating them, is starting a conversation. Sometimes it might turn into an argument, but looks like he's on good terms in this run. They would never let him have chopsticks, though. He'd just try to sharpen them.
On a completely different note, this is also a likely scenario. 432 has crawled under 431's desk before in hopes he could localize a pencil on there and take off with it, but he's generally caught early and this is what 431 tends to see when they check down there, before the creature skitters back to its home base.

How To 432
I was asked how the heck my 432's hair works, so... here's how his hair works. And some of the rest of him. At least on a visual level. On a mental level, that's an entirely different chapter.
Bonus conversation sparked by this:
@circuitboardz:
"He can't grow much of a beard, but insists on that dumb little soul patch to look like an adult." - Well tell him it's not working.
@circuitboardz:
YES much better. You don’t look 13 anymore at least <3
