It seemed a normal day as any as Lucille cheerfully cantered across Jueyun Karst, fully shifted as a wolf. She carried a pair of baskets tied together by a rope slung over top her shoulder blades, and was making her way back to her adeptal abode with her haul. That is to say, until crossing over a path she had crossed many times before. There was a small thrum of energy she could feel beneath her paws that was... unfamiliar. It felt alien and strange, perhaps something to be avoided on her run back home. So, of course Luci followed the trail without question or hesitation.
As the adeptus caught up to the source of this new energy, the fog of unfamiliarity gently began to peel back. What she felt was indeed strange to her, but something she had sensed in many a passerby on her travels; sadness. The trail she followed was one of sadness, it seemed to seep into the soil where its owner walked, but that was it. Strange, the adeptus thought. Normally the emotions of others were easy to feel against the land of Liyue.
At her trail's end Lucille found a silver-haired person with two beautiful horns that curved against her head. This person almost seemed like and adeptus, but it was no illuminated beast she knew. Perhaps a wanderer from another land? Lucille slowed her run, but did not hide herself from this stranger. It would only be rude and suspicious to act sneaky. And once within earshot, Lucille tilted her head and her ears twitched curiously.
"Hello there, I do not recall ever meeting you in the region of Jueyun. Are you perhaps lost, friend?" The snow-white wolf sat on her haunches and eyed this person with curiosity behind indigo eyes. "Perhaps I can help you find your way back home?" Lucille offered.

she’d turn around slowly, looking at the white wolf that seemed to be able to speak..?
“Hm? Lost? Ah, no. I am not lost.”
she’d smile before slowly approaching the wolf and sitting down in front of them
“I’m simply a soul who stays in this nation, granted permission to be on these sacred grounds.”
she’d extend her hand under the mouth of the wolf, seeing if they’d put their head onto her hand. or perhaps she just wanted to pet them
“Who would you be? I don’t believe I’ve ever seen you either.”

I'm a fisherman, and my family's been bringing some of our haul to the adepti for generations as thanks for protecting us. Because of that we have a special heirloom given to us that protects whoever wears it from adeptal energies. It doesn't work all the time, but I'm safe enough to enter Jueyun Karst.
I just got finished dropping the fish off for today when I noticed you, I got worried I didn't bring enough fish and was going to have to offer you my lunch!

She’d think for a bit, questioning the adepti and their values

She’d smile
“I’ve already eaten, but thank you for the offer.”

This is for all my roleplay accounts:
I am fine with most romantic interactions for most of them but if you are to roleplay as a character/insert, please for god make sure they are 18+. All characters I roleplay are adults. If you are to use an OC/insert in romantic interaction with them please specify the age of the character.
Roleplaying as yourself is fine, I don’t care much about that. I get it, most of us are minors. Just make sure if you are using an OC/insert in roleplay that they are an adult because I am not going to have my adult OCs and characters I play in a relationship with a minor

Ly released a huff as she sat down next to Mai. She didn’t look happy. Ironic because she’s usually seen smiling. “I swear to the great seven, commissions have been really crazy this week. I had to deal with some Fatui this week and one of them had Cryo- hm? Oh, I don’t like fighting Cryo users.” Was it a fear? More or less because of an incident that happened not too long ago. “Last time I did…I was with my father.” ~Lycoris
“Hm? Is that so? I apologize, but quite frankly I do not care for the details of your commissions nor your grudge against cryo wielders.”
She gets up, brushing dust off of her.
“I will have to excuse myself now, I am running late for my meeting with Bito and Ohm. I do hope whatever is going on you can sort out.”
She starts walking off, but she looks back, looking over she says
“Also, do be respectful others boundaries. Some would not like to be too close to those they do not know or favor. As well as not liking to have issues that do not belong to them dumped on them without notice.”

(ooc: srsly, i’m not kidding. ly and bito are best friends curse and i make little snippets for it) Ly was able to detect hints of irritation in Mai’s tone of voice, given that she was very observant, but decided not to comment. “I apologize if that sounded offensive. And I wasn’t lying when I said that Bito is my best friend.” The girl replied calmly. ~Lycoris
mod || as pointed out in curse’s reblog they are not best friends in canon. I had already asked her about this and there was no reason to get as hostile and defensive as this. I run all information about other characters and people by the people mentioned or who own the characters. I adjusted the answer to reflect that it was false.
Learn to separate canon and au. Additionally learn who Mai is and how she acts so we can avoid this in the future.

Don’t spread false information
This applies especially to OCs. Many of my friends have OCs and I know they poured their heart into them, if I find you lying about the character I will tell them and the response will be adjusted to correct you.
I always try to check with the owners of the OCs before responding to asks involving them or their characters. I check if the information is true or false, and how their relationship is.
Don’t interact if you haven’t read about her
It is very obvious when someone knows about the character and when they don’t. There isn’t a whole lot of information publicly released on her, but there is enough to have a semi-understanding of her character
Do not send NSFW
Despite Mai being well over 500, I, the mod, am a minor. Suggestive things are alright but there is a high chance that it will not go how you expect.
Romantic Interactions
I accept very few romantic interactions for Mai, mainly because of how her character is and her story. If you are to have a romantic interaction with her it will most likely be reciprocated after she has left Inazuma.
Watch your words
Mai and I are different people. She does have traits and parts of me put into her. Learn to separate the two of us and watch your words while talking as I’m still my own person.
DMs + Private asks
Do not send me DMs if we are not mutuals. Unless it is extremely important to the rp or character I will not be doing DMs with non-mutuals.
Private asks are something that I will rarely do with those I do not know. I do not prefer doing them unless the information absolutely needs to stay hidden.
Bad talking
Unless agreed to by both you and the other person I will not be answering it kindly.

as an rp mod, i can tell you that the more you pester us for replies, the more demotivated we get to reply.
