Life
Life has been bestowed upon us by the almighty and we all must value it. We should be thankful for all that we have and try to improve ourselves each day to build a better life. The journey of life may not always be smooth but we must keep going and stay positive at all times.
Challenges are a part of life. We face different challenges at different points in life. While some people look at these challenges as an opportunity to learn something new others get disheartened and succumb to them. We learn many new things as we take on different challenges. These experiences make us a better person. We can overcome many challenges by setting goals. Goals give us the determination to achieve despite the hurdles. Challenges require us to get out of our comfort zone. These can be difficult to deal with.
We must appreciate the good in our life and express gratitude for the same. Many people are not happy with the way things go on in their life. They criticize almost everything and everyone around and develop a negative outlook. They need to understand that the fact that they have been given a life to live is in itself a big thing.

Society
Society may be defined as a group of people living in agreement, having the same moralistic and judicial rules and standards. To live in a society, one must accept these standards and adopt them as their own. Nowadays our society has a over populated because of the family that they don't habe enough knowledge about family planning. Society is responsible for creating an image, of the ideal person,family, environment, and way of life.
Our modern day society has dictated its own definition of beauty, happiness, and success. It also dictates on what thing that we should do or to be done. In addition in our society today has a discrimination that everything you will do there a people who judge and discriminates you.
We are allowed to live the way we choose without being subjected to any restricted freedom. Everything that we have now such as freedom to express our opinions and feelings, worship our own religion. In our society we are able to freely desire the things that we want, choose our own path and career and become a active and supportive citizen in our society.

Intersubjectivity
Seeing something in your pount of view doesn't necessarily proves that it is true. A man may see a nine but a woman sees a six, they're both right, technically but at difference circumstances. In a world where millions, billions of interpretations are present, rightness is hard to determine.
I see this person as a friend that i prayed for because of his/ her truthfulness but a classmate of mine hates it for words that are truthful may also be the most hurtful. We both know and declares that this person is true to his/her words though we have different approach, I did in a positive way my classmate is on a negative note.
Who we are determines how view others. We interpret things differently either shade or light. Even though it may vary depending on varaibles prevent in the environment, respect is key.

Power of Choice
All of us we have a power of choice and we have a decisions that we make in our every second in our life. Some of the choices that we make will always have an outcome, whether or not it is a positive or negative. Every decision that we make throughout in our life in order to guide our actions and control our future.
Many people believe that we are born innocent and from day one we choose how our life is to be dictated. Many times we have a great choices like how to deciding what to eat and also what to wear amd others.
Good choices will bring us to success even in bad times. The choices we make today maybe will be our tomorrow. So, we should choose or decide correctly because, if we not choose correctly we expext that there's a consequences.

Make an Action, Not a Pollution!
An environment is the natural surroundings which help life to grow. It is play a great role in the existence of life in this world. Everything comes under environment the air which we breathe every moment, water which we use for our daily life, plants, animals, and other living things in the earth. It also exploited by the human being in other to fulfill their basic needs and purpose in their life.
A clean environment is very necessary to us to live a peaceful and healthy life. But now, our environment is getting dirty day by day because of some irresponsible and bad habits of people. Our environment is getting affected cause by the air pollution that is the main problem in our society, deforestation, dynamite fishing and other dangerous disaster and some of that is created by people through technology.
Therefore, every people should keep our environment safe and clean as always to ensure the healthy life. Also protect our environment to those people who attempt to destroy it. We should try to join in amy organization that their objectives it to maintain the cleanliness and safetyness of our environment. Let's invites the youth to help the organization about environment, and take an action for a better life and society, for the better future in the next generation.

Trancendence
Trancendence is the existence or ordinary experience that going beyond limitations/ the natural of physical level. People in this world are afraid to go beyond their limitations. They afraid on what may happen if they go beyond, so that's why it is hard for them to come out from their comfort zone. If people carried out to their fear it ends up nothing or unless its rejected.
We should not limit ourselves to the things that were gonna love. We should explore and experience the things we can't. We should go beyond our limit to find new discoveries of ourselves. In our life sometimes we find happiness if we step out our comfort zone.
Conquering your fears to go beyond may change your life. It gives you new experience and you may gain new capabilities. Going beyond doesn't seem bad, sometimes it brings good experience and memories. It is not bad at all, try to go beyond and explore. Good thing may happen if you go beyond.

FACT AND OPINION
The world is full of mystery. Mystery that we never be escape. All of the people who lived in lies and always based on opinion of the others, they are the people who is scared to face the reality and fact or truth. Some people who used to hide by their fake smile and fake personality are some those who experienced confusion to themselves.
Nowadays, people who like to cover themselves with lies because they not want to lived and face the truth or fact. Although we lived in this world that full of lies, lies that it becomes harder to know the truth. Opinion can trick people on what is true and not true. So becareful on what we're doing and those people who we're companied and to prevent those people who wear fake smiles.
Therefore, don't let ourselves to wear fake smiles and live in lies. Just be true to yourself, don't just believe to others because sometime it is just their opinions. Believe to those people who has a reason and sincerity to what they're speaking or saying, because they saying the fact that those people who always giving an opinion without thinking on what their saying for.

Reflection #01
MONSAL
Today is the day that me and my classmates really looked forward. Today is the audition for the first batch of Longos Monterno’s Saltator or also known as Longos Contemporary dancers. I’m excited, together with my classmates. Because today is the day that I will show my talent in front of a crowd.
I’m still excited but a little bit nervous because I was once a shy person. When Monday comes, the result of the audition is released. I feel really happy when I see my audition number 131, because it means I passed and will be part of Longos Monternos Saltator/MONSAL.
When I found out that my friends got in too, I felt really happy because it boost my confidence and made me continue the things that I wanted to do. I overcame it because I believed in myself to face the things or problems that came. It’s because of my friends’ support too.
