We'll have some moments of first game choices spread throughout.

are the character portraits all being very early in the manga intentional for the first chapters?

They were intended as place-holders, and at some point down the line we will create custom ones.

Will Ace of Spades have a special interactions with the Nijimura brothers?

We do want to do more Stand Showcases, so those will come later on at some point.

So, I'm curious, I know that the anime swapped the ordering of two of the arcs, will the game follow the changed ordering, or will it use the manga's original ordering?

We agreed with the anime's choice of pacing for Cinderella in the story, so we are going to use that for the game.

Will there be a non-binary / gender non confirming option?

For story reasons, the main character will be either a cis-gendered boy or girl.

So with Malcolm, does he know exactly what he's wife was and what she was doing, or is it a "they killed my wife, so I'm going to kill you" situation? I'm ok with you not explaining this if it's a spoiler or something.

Stuff surrounding Vins and Malcolm are spoiler content, but his role will become clear in the future...

I had a craziest idea that came to my mind. Ability to RENAME the key characters on NG+. Why? Just for fun.

I was wondering, in the final version of the game, will we be able to customize the mc a little bit? (like changing the colour of their hair and eyes?) And is there any chance of alternative outfits when not wearing the school uniform?

We encourage people to express themselves in fan art and fan content, but we decided early on to adhere to a "set look" for the characters. There, unfortunately, isn't that kind of customization in the game, but yes, alternate outfits are returning.
