Can you believe it? It has already been three months since we officially became together, since I finally claimed the right to call you mine. I could still clearly remember how thrilled, delighted, ecstatic and happy I was that night. I was the happiest, actually. It felt like holding the word 'happiness' itself and knowing it would not be taken away from me because it was meant to happen. I would like to believe that we were bound to meet and eventually, fall in love. We are soulmates. You are my betterhalf, the biggest piece that completes my heart and the reason for my being. I wish I could word out how much you matter to me and how badly I want to be the best for you. You are so beautiful that you take my breath away. How come someone like you is loving me this much and treating me the best way possible? Sometimes, I jokingly say that you came out of a book but my love, you are real. You are my reality, so good- that I no longer seek for ways to escape because I have you. And if things get tough and I want to run away from the world, you are my escape. It is anywhere and everywhere with you.

You have my utmost gratitude. I thank you all the time for existing, for being yourself, for progressing, for growing. It makes me so happy that you are allowing me to witness all of those because we are also growing together. God knows how proud I am of you, your steps ( how huge or small they are ) and your strength to continue amidst all the rocks that life continues to throw at you. I am thankful that you allowed yourself to love even after a long time of being convinced that you are incapable of it. Thank you for letting it flow through.. enough for me to feel. You make me feel so loved, and it is the greatest feeling ever.

Every night before I sleep, my heart wishes that I can have forever with you. The word that used to scare the both of us is now the word that I am badly craving to have. Because I could never think that a whole lifetime is enough to love you.
