Do we talk enough about Fez looking at Lexi right before he beats Nate’s ass?! He literally barely met her and yet he’s factoring her opinion of him into this months-long ongoing situation 😭

And then, of course, there’s him considering Lexi AGAIN before all the shit goes down with Custer in the finale. By that point they were more than friends, but, again, the drug operation, Ash, Custer, Faye, were all deeply ingrained in his life before Lexi ever came around. They’ve barely even held hands!! And yet!!!! He pauses to grieve. Grieve their time together, what could have been, what might never be.

Then, once again, he handles business. Because that’s all he’s ever known. He can’t be selfish. He can’t put his own wants and needs before the operation. Before Ash.

ash relentlessly bullies fez and lexi for being grossly in love but he’s actually so glad fez found someone that cares abt and loves him so much and he’s grown so close with lexi overtime and has pretty much from the get-go considered her family cause fez considered her family but anyway, point is he bullies them and makes his dumb gagging sounds whenever they’re being mushy but he remembers both their anniversaries (when they started dating and when they got married) and always gets them good ass gifts and after the kids come around he always volunteers himself to watch them on their anniversaries so they can have time for each other if they want it.

does anyone have any fics where fez and ash have more of a dad/son relationship??? i’m reading you can hear it in the silence and i don’t think i’ve seen it before so i just fell in love with the idea and i wanna read more like that
