All. Time. High
This is not good.
I am currently 92.6kg / 14.8 stone / 204lbs
I have fluctuated over the holiday season, 92.9kg being the heaviest. I went back to Leeds for 2 days in which I went down 1.4kg but coming back I've gone up again slightly.
I know this isn't a true reflection but I'm taking these highs as an opportunity to say I am never going to be above this weight again.
I usually hang around the 84-88kg mark, I want to aim for 63.5kg.
This is in no way set in stone, I don't get obsessive over numbers and will of course judge it by how my body looks and feels. However for ease I will be tracking weight, measurements and taking photographs.
This is not a New Year New Me fad, on May 5th I will be flying to New York to start a 3 week coast to coast tour. This is a lot of camping and hiking and I want to be in the best shape I can to make it as easy and enjoyable experience as possible.
The countdown was 18 weeks as of yesterday.
Need to get on it!

Fresh Start
So I am about to embark on a month long challenge and need to start admitting some home truths. My why : I am finally admitting that I'm not 100% happy with my body. As much as I'm on being seen naked in nowhere near as confident as I could be, or even have been. I feel sluggish and not at optimum health. I need to get a handle on this NOW. My progress pictures are thoroughly depressing and I'm trying to channel this into my first day of the challenge tomorrow! NEW BEGINNINGS!

Walkout warm up with backbend, down dog, beat Squat. Then flip overs and kick through.
Barbell complex 5 reps RDL Row Clean Front squat Overhead press 20kg, 25kg, 30kg - push press for last set
Goblet squat/1 side carry 20kg Kettlebell 8 reps, R sided carry, 7 reps L sider carry down to 1 rep. 5 mins 30s
Skierg / 16kg Kettlebell swings (500) 200m Skierg (58s) / 20 swings 200m (57s) / 20 swings 100m (29s) / 10 swings Plan is to work up to 1000 in 25mins
Bench press 40kg 15 reps. Split 5,4,3,2,1.

Back from holiday and embarking on a 12 week transformation/fat loss mission! #twt I’ve been focussed on gaining strength this year and I do love seeing my lifts get bigger and better but after so many dance and acro shows as our hotel entertainment I want to know what my muscles actually look like under the layer of chub and see how it compares! It’s 12 weeks 4 days til Christmas so fuck it lets see what damage I can do 😁
