Yes and thank you. Rn we're going over the manuscript for kinks after that it's being rewritten entirely. It's been a slow process this semester it's been.... Rough. But at least I graduate in May and my portfolio exhibit is next week so I'll be free to write soon

I'm back and can I just say I have SO much renewed respect for you and Bee for remastering old works. I'm currently trying to re-master something I never even finished and holy shit world-building and remembering every detail to connect it all together is so tiring and annoying. One word: Scrivener

It's a writers paradise for organized book writing. It's 60 bucks flat no membership but you can try it for 30 days (days only count if you use it that day so if you use it once a week for a month you only use 4/30 trial days) it's the only way I'm keeping track of changes with syg so we'll bc otherwise I'd be in the trenches.

Reedsy is another good free option! I just prefer Scriveners format better

We'll need it for the grueling task that is rereading the entire first draft, making notes, cutting shit, and talking for a billion hours about character inconsistencies and plot holes-- which will be many since I started the book in 2021. The second draft won't take the better part of two years because I'm actually focusing on it now lol. We hope after editing and combing over the second draft with close peers we can have beta readers.

It's just a matter of when. However we can't do much writing on anything due to how this semester is going. I was hoping to get a ho1c chapter out months ago but things are.. very tough with school rn. At this point idk if we'll return to it we're at a very pivotable moment in our lives. We may we may not. But well definitely publish books

I have a question! If SYG is gonna become like, an official book with a remade story, will the Operator stay as the Operator or will you make it a different monster that works the same? Just interested!

Due to copyright and overall not wanting to be a hack no character save for our own OCs (ex Sully, Jen, etc) are the same in appearance or background. While their personalities remain largely the same those were products of our own ideas in the first place.

This includes the Operator which has become a different entity. Proxihood is more like the late stages of a viral infection in a roundabout way. It is called many names- The hive, the thing, the singularity. Unlike the operator you can never see it's full mass. It does not truly have a body.
