"Oh Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate, the Lord of all the worlds, I come to You with a heavy heart, overflowing with sorrow and regret for my mistakes and shortcomings.
Oh Allah, You are the Forgiver, the Merciful, the Patient, the Generous, the Magnificent, the Protector, the Guide, the Most High, the Supreme, the Most Great. I humbly beseech You to forgive me for all of my sins, for all of the ways in which I have fallen short of Your expectations and Your love.
Oh Allah, I beg for Your mercy and grace, and for Your guidance on the straight path. I place my trust in You completely, knowing that You are the All Knowing, the All Seeing, the All Hearing, the Most Just, the Most Wise. You know the secrets of my heart and You see all of my actions.
Oh Allah, I ask You to heal me, to provide for me, to sustain me, to protect me from all harm and adversity. You are the Healer, the Provider, the Sustainer, the Lord of the Day of Judgment. I thank You for all of Your blessings, and for the countless ways in which You have shown Your mercy and grace to me.
Oh Allah, I implore You to grant me success in this life and in the hereafter, and to protect me from the trials and tribulations of the grave and the day of judgment. Oh Allah, I pray for the highest levels of paradise, and for safety from the Hellfire.
Oh Allah, I beg for Your forgiveness and for Your mercy. Guide me on the straight path, and make me one of Your righteous servants. Grant me a place in Paradise with the prophets, the martyrs, and the righteous.
Oh Allah, I ask You to accept this dua from me, and to make it a means of my salvation and success. Answer my dua, and make it a means of my forgiveness and happiness. Guide me and grant me success. Ameen."

O Allah, guide me along with those whom You have guided, Pardon me along with those whom You have pardoned, Be an ally to me along with those whom You are an ally to And bless for me that you have bestowed, Protect me from the evil You have decreed.
Indeed, You decree and none can decree over You. For sure, he whom you show allegiance to is never abased And he whom You take as an enemy is never honored and mighty. O our Lord, Blessed and Exalted are You.

Abu Hurayrah (R.A) said:
The messenger of Allāh (ﷺ) said, ‘When one of you makes a supplication, he should not say, “If You wish.” He should be forthright in the asking. He should have great expectation. For Allāh, nothing is too great if He wants to give it.’”

(There is no god except Allah, the All Mighty, the Forbearing; there is no god except Allah, the Lord of the Mighty Throne; there is no god except Allah, Lord of the heavens, Lord of the earth and Lord of the noble Throne).
