OH JESUS OK SO NADESHIKO IS ALSO NOW DYING UNDER THE INTENSE POWER REQUIRED TO STOP TIME ITSELF

Which is… well, this isn’t really the time but it’s certainly lore consistent! The Time Card was always one of the most intensely difficult cards in CCS, and even moreso when it wasn’t mostly drawing on Clow’s power instead of the user’s.

To just outright Stop Time like this is SO extremely up there in the magic department that it probably Should have been outside her power - and it clearly was, or at least it was so much JUST on the cusp that it required her entire life to maintain it even for a few seconds. Especially since Yuuko mentioned she wasn’t strong enough to send someone across dimensions, so she’s just… Just throwing all she has in an INSTANT to save Sakura’s life.

Nadeshiko was just Ready To Go this whole time - these whole seven years. Ready to sacrifice her life at the drop of a hat at literally any moment. And the SECOND it happened she threw it down without any hesitation whatsoever.
