Some of my rules
• Only eat if you absolutely have to, and even then, eat as little as possible
• Don't accept food from anyone
• Don't ask for food from anyone
• Stay out of kitchen unless you're getting water or walking through it to other rooms
• Ignore your hunger and cravings
• Don't spend any money on food
• Make excuses NOT to eat, never TO eat
• If you feel the urge to binge, drink water, or in a bad case, eat salad and veggies
• Always take your vitamins
• Drink at least 1.5l of water every day
• Walk at least 5k steps daily
• You're not allowed to bake or cook at all if you eat it yourself
• Weigh yourself once a week every Wednesday
