◇The story of why Mizuki ended up on an endless train◇
•After Kyojuro became a Hashira, Mizuki stopped going on missions and became more involved in medicine and became more active in the life of the "Butterfly House". (but, at the same time, she remained in the ranks of fighters) Thanks to the knowledge she received from her mother and the mentorship of Shinobu, Mizuki became a doctor and Kocho's right-hand man.
•Before going on the mission to the «Infinite Train», Kyojuro visited the «Butterfly House» to meet with Mizuki. There is a dialogue between them, where the girl shares her feelings and bad feelings with her lover, she wants to go with him, but Kyojuro refuses her request and strictly forbids her to follow him. Mizuki accompanies the beloved, but her heart is still restless, so after a while she leaves the estate despite his words. Once on the train, Mizuki is in no hurry to reveal himself and only meets with Kyojuro when they both get out of Enmu’s dream. Rengoku was angry that she had disobeyed him, but there was no time to fight, they were together defending the train and the people in it. When the demon of the lower moon was finished, Mizuki really thought her experience was in vain, so she began to provide first aid to the victims. After a while, however, it was engulfed in the deepest fear and approach of the pressing aura of the third higher moon, Akaza. It happened too fast. She’s standing next to Tanjiro and can’t move, can’t help. Fear has bound her whole body. The dust of the battle clouds the eyes. In the final seconds, Mizuki regains control of his body, but it was too late. Kyojuro is mortally wounded and the higher moon is hidden. She wanted to do something, anything, to help her lover in any way, but time was lost. Both knew that nothing could be changed. His last words were how much he regretted not marrying Mizuki and how much he loved her. He also mentioned his last request to look after his younger brother Senjuro. On that fateful day, Mizuki lost the most precious thing in her life.
•In the future, Mizuki will blame herself that it was because of her that Kyojuro died, that if she hadn’t followed him, maybe he would have come back and everything was fine. She’ll blame herself for not being able to save her loved one, for not being able to fight and do anything to keep him alive. The girl will have serious mental problems to cope with, Mizuki goes into medicine and no longer shows up at the Rengoku family estate, because she believes that she is responsible for Kyojuro’s death, and that after what happened, look his family in the eyes, It’s an inconceivable nerve.
