sci show released a video about cool telescopes and they talked about Habex and I was like, omg! I know of that one, a person on the internet has a robot with the same name! OH WAIT ITS BASED ON THAT OMG That's cool!
Oooo it's so cool that there's a video about Habex!!
My Habex is indeed based on that telescope concept! I really like how the Habex Telescope has a massive starshade that looks like a sun which makes it look very futuristic! I remember feeling really surprised seeing it for the first time and I had to make a robot design based on that!
Here's another Mega Man oc of mine! He's called Spitzer and he's inspired by the Spitzer Space Telescope! Along with James Webb, he is one of my favourites!
I created him on the day the Spitzer Space Telescope deactivated so he ended up being quite gloomy in personality.
Personality: Aloof, serious, quiet, lonely
Likes: Research, looking for exoplanets
Dislikes: Too much heat, noisy robots, loneliness
One of James Webb's predecessors, he can see the universe around him in infrared light. Being incredibly advanced and intelligent, he starts to question his existence and purpose and soon develops an existential crisis. He is a workaholic and rarely spends time with his siblings.
I have decided to change Messenger's backstory!
This time, he gets destroyed after his body gets controlled to crash into Mercury but Trappist brings him back to life and gives him a new form that specialises in combat. Messenger becomes loyal to Trappist in return and he also has a deep hatred for the Space Administration and anyone associated with them.
in the spirit of that last reblog, i followed you bc I adore your ocs ;w; they’re cool and full of personality! i love how you manage to make them feel as alive as when you draw original mm characters
Tysm!! My ocs are my favourites to draw and it makes me really happy to know that you like them! :>
Next week (2/2) is my birthday! I have prepared art for that day too!
Here's last year's art I drew for my birthday with a full view of one of my newer ocs, Earendel!
