Do the actors themselves ship Huma? Or did ship them
Technically I cannot give a definite answer. But evidence has shown that the answer is yes.
Thomas and China both said in interviews that Harry and Uma love each other.
China: They're ride or die for each other, they love each other
Thomas: Harry loves Uma. He looks up to her.
I know that at one point a while ago, a Huma shipper on Tumblr met Thomas at a meet and greet and asked if he shipped Huma and he said yes. Same with China I believe.
China has liked many Huma Instagram posts including my own. I have a Huma Instagram where I post pictures and edits and she has liked more than a few of my Huma posts so...
Also, in general how could they possibly film those movies and not ship Huma. They absolutely knew what they were doing. The actors and how they executed their scenes are the reason Huma is such a great ship.
I think they were reserved and didn't talk about or pursue it much because Thomas was dating one of their costars and that's all anybody wanted to talk about in interviews. Nobody was even talking about Mal and Ben after d2, it was all about Dove and Thomas. Which was ultimately why Huma was not made canon or given spotlight.
I cannot speak for China or Thomas, but based on my research I would say yes, they ship Huma.

I’ve just read that the reason behind some people hate and be turned off when someone hints their feelings for them is because they actually have low self esteem so they feel like people who like/love them are just misled or seeing something does not exist in them and feel pressured.
Now look at Uma, she suffered years of bullying. She’s constantly picked on for her smell and called Shrimpy, was a walking joke to laugh at. So it’s not stretch to guess that she would have have/had low self esteem issues. But she’s comfortable with Harry worshipping her like a goddess. That means Harry’s hype actually worked. His presence in her life truly was a blessing for her to live less harder than it should have been. Good for them.

The Miracuclass fashion, especially for the main characters, is actually great
This is coming from someone who went through a phase in which I had thoughts like ‘if Marinette wants to be a fashion designer, why would she wear that?’ and ‘no one dresses like these characters except little kids, no one is fashionable.’
Luckily, I’ve matured and realized some things.
For one thing, the timeline from the Miraculous Ladybug Wiki says year 1 of the show takes place in 2014-2015. (This is so weird to me, bc I feel like the show gives Phineas and Ferb vibes, in that I am unaware of the passage of time.) I don’t know if Justice or any clothing store like that was in France, but Marinette is only just aging out of Justice’s officially declared target age range.
I’ve also noticed that, lately, teens tend to prioritize comfort over fashion - and there’s nothing wrong with that! But between that and a societal pressure to grow up and mature more quickly, which I’ve read some great posts about here, kids just don’t dress up like they did during the time ML takes place.
I’ve been looking at ML through the lens of my present day, in which the clothes the characters wear aren’t considered trendy or anything. However, I know loom through the lens of the time the show takes place and understand how appropriate the clothing is for the age and time the kids are living in.
Adrien is only a young teen, so he doesn’t need to look hot or anything. His outfit in the show is exactly what some boy’s mom would pick out for him to wear for school picture day, but Adrien wears that kind of look every day bc he has to dReSs NiCe FoR tHe BrAnD.
I wasn’t a fan of Alya’s pants bc they look like jegging material, but that was all the rage for tweens and teens in the mid 2010’s.
Chloé’s outfit is probably the most unreasonable, since it is so easy to make a mess on white pants, but since she’s rich, I guess she doesn’t worry about that. (This would also explain Adrien’s pristine, crisp white button up.)
And Marinette. The official fashionista of ML. We’ve all been clowning her pink jeans, and I wasn’t a fan of her shirt design. It seemed a little cheesy, a little too girly. But Marinette is girly, and unapologetically so. She doesn’t need to be a grown up yet, so her outfit is perfect for her!
Plus, this is the outfit I wore for my 9th grade school photo:
I was around the same age as Marinette is in the show, and, as someone who’s been interested in fashion since I was a tot, Marinette definitely still has time to develop her fashion sense.
TDLR: the fashion for the ML kid characters is perfect, and I wouldn’t change a thing!
Y’all can keep clowning Gabe, tho, he has no excuse.

The way Uma instinctively wrapped her arm around Celia as the younger VK ran for a safe space, she made sure that things wouldn’t escalate then she loosened the tight hold, but still hovered her hand just behind Celia’s shoulder so Celia wouldn’t stumble back into the wall. Ultimate older sis vibes.
