how many layers do you normally draw on? i feel like you only use one or two layers but the design that goes into your pieces are brain melting(ly good)
mmmm depends on the piece honestly.. but what i do currently is make a base layer with some vague idea of the shapes and tones id like to use, then i start adding detail on layers on top and start combining them all in one once im pleased with the general picture. rinse and repeat till i feel like it.
normally i choose to put the elements that are too "blunt" on layers on top so theyre easier to move around/discard if i feel like they dont add to the overall compositon
like here. i dont mind using effects earlier in process when its more laid back pieces, too. so yeas😗
i dont remember if i was the one who asked if youve posted speedpaints before but if i was, thank you the video is very cool. and if i wasnt, thank you the video is still very cool
tehee thank you!! ill probably post some more speedpaints in the future:]
I constantly think abt the fursona ass roomate laios posts every few days. I also love to mentally apply it to my own ocs LMFAO!!!! it makes me giggle during work like a witch brewing potions
sjjgjvb thats so cutes.. thank you, im really glad so many people liked it
You probably get this a lot, but the way you go at drawing the Madoka cast is great and I love Homura being a gangly wet cat of a teenager. It's very fun. Kyoko also has incredible vibes. Also[this goes on for several minutes]
waaa thank yuuuuuuuu!! these two are one of my faves dynamic wise.. even though they dont really got going on in canon i think theyre so fun together:)
you are my favorite falin artist. i have been thinking about your falins for MONTHS i have been obsessed with em even BEFORE i got into dunmeshi and i just wanna say thank you thank you thank you thank you your art is incredibly inspiring i hope you always have fun doing what you love and i cannot wait to see more of your creations in the future!!!! blows you a girlkiss :]
teehe thank u!! heres a wip of her.. god knows when ill get around to it
ive heard something about people asking artists for speedpaints in order to train AI on the recordings. Admittedly I haven't looked into it too much so I'm not saying this ask was for sure about that but the tone of just asking that for no reason kind of might fit to that
err idk ive seen that kinda stuff get asked for a long time, either people wanting to see process or artists posting it willingly is nothing new
i can see how it can be used for it tho, just as any other piece thats posted teehe*explodes in a million pieces
ur art is everything . ur lines n shapes are silly and full oflove and joy. da way u draw letters is goopy and tasty. ur brain is massive. ihope u know that
ur art stlye is addicting to look at. i love the way all the lines flow, how gentle the color pallettes are, and how much detail you're able to put in!! you combine everything i like about american comic styles, but you take it so much further. i'm very inspired!!
thank you, this is very sweet.. sends you a billion kisses
the full unedited average run for homura including what takes place in pauses would probably look like some kind of insane speedrun. 37 seconds in and she's already in a military base stuffing tanks into her shield using the optimal path of movement
shes got that dream speedrun music looping on her brain the second she wakes up
you draw izutsumi really good. teenager woken up mid nap very funny i think in a modern setting she would be a gamer but like, get way too into any games with destruction physics, and fortnite
i think she would leave food on the keyboard keys on purpose so she can eat the bugs it attracts later..
