thing i do instead of eating
i had a tendency to eat when i'm bored 😭
- shows/movies/reading (obviously, currently watching criminal minds and there are so many seasons)
- video games (i find myself forgetting about everything, so many 'gamer boys' are probably so skinny cause they straight up skip meals from how time consuming and addictive games can be)
- meeting/talking to family or friends (it can be annoying cause sometimes ppl wanna get lunch but you can always just say i already ate and stuff)
- uquiz (seriously been doing those quizzes for an hour and i barely even noticed)
- WALKINGGG!! (it's the best cause it keeps me from eating AND it's low effort exercise)
- gardening/cleaning
- making jewellery/knitting
- shopping (the walking around is also exercise, once went shopping for 4 hours straight and i was just walking around the whole time so I burned so many cals)
- draw/paint and listen to music
- write (literally anything)
- study (usually bores me)
- gum/ice/water/vitamins/no sugar drinks (obvi)

i did not slay today guys 😕 idek what i ate
i seriously hate my tendency to switch from st4rving to b1nging. i wonder what it would be like to live a completley regular life without all these food issues, idek, my idea of healing is st4rving after a b1nge and b1nging after i st4rve
tommorow is a liquid fast, i might be able to get through it espicially because i feel so guilty about b1nging a few times in this past week.
