I was just thinking about those adorable people who think ponies are baby horses. And I can imaging Eddie being like this. Steve blowing his entire mind when they go to a petting zoo and Eddie mentions something about the baby horses. Steve just falls more in love before explaining how ponies are different to horses.
Bonus points Steve was a rider as a kid and had a pony. He had a horse too but it was sold when he got too busy in high school. All Eddie hears is "cowboy" and he goes home and rides Steve to save a pony
