Holistic health is an approach to health and wellness that addresses the mind, body & soul. One of its core beliefs is that physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being all contribute to the overall health of an individual.
Therefore, it seeks to improve the WHOLE system rather than just the physical aspect.
Over the past year, I observed that as my health improved, so did my looks. I noticed I began to have a youthful glow, lost weight, toned up & achieved an overall vibrant look.
It's a beautiful journey & I am still learning everyday.
Whether you're new to this space or not, here are two holistic approaches to wellness to get healthy & sexy at the same time. Enjoy x
Juicing/Smoothies.

This is a beginner friendly approach to living a healthier life. One struggle most people face is adjusting to the taste and texture of greens. Juicing is a great way to get your nutrients in without all the hassle.
Tips
Slowly is the fastest way- You can start 2-3 times a week & go from there. This gives your body grace to adjust to the extra fibre.
Do your research: Books, podcasts, blogs, Interviews can all be accessed easily. Learn recipes that fit your particular needs.
Be consistent & patient: Don't just try it for a week and give up. It takes time and effort.(compound effect)
Releasing Stuck Emotions In The Body.

This is another powerful way to get healthier (prettier).
When we experience trauma as children & we are unable to process our emotions, we tend to internalise it and think there must be something wrong with us. As this continues, we begin to store negative emotions within our body.
Stuck emotions can manifest in numerous ways like : poor posture, low self esteem, anxiety, depression, poor self concept and even health conditions. As you begin releasing stuck emotions you start to look younger, vibrant, healthier and glowy.
Ways to release emotions in the body
Daily Movement
Therapy/ Coaching
Meditation
Inner child healing
Journaling
Yoga
Cord cutting rituals
Forgiveness of self and others.
Tips for beginners: Do not try to make huge changes all at once but rather small changes everyday.

unpopular opinion but It is absolutely not okay to be going through a man's following list and comparing yourself to the women he follows.
this is why inner work is so important. most people want to avoid their healing and end up making other people responsible for their own insecurities.
If you cant handle the fact that your man is going to see and interact with other attractive women (whether online or in person)then you are not ready for a healthy/stable relationship.
& I'm not talking about men that obsessively follow and like every woman.
I'm talking about healthy masculine men that have neighbors, colleagues, family friends, business partners.
divine masculine energy isn't attracted to little girl energy (wounded feminine)
he wants a woman who is secure, honors herself and knows she is the prize.
a woman he knows will never tolerate disrespect/cheating.
a divine feminine doesnt lecture a man on how to treat her.

I Am The Prize. (A Queen's Mentality)

2024, we are stepping out of our baby princess era ( victim mentality) and entering our Queendom.
Gone are the days of sending paragraphs, feeling powerless, being overly emotional, no boundaries, low standards & not taking proper care of ourselves. Kiss it Goodbye.
If you are reading this, then you are ready.
Here are three shifts you can begin to implement to kickstart your Queen Era.
1. INDEPENCE ON ALL LEVELS
True freedom is living life on your own terms. Some of us have spent too long in toxic friendships, romantic relationships and even family situations because we are codependent. We struggle to stand on our feet. We seek their attention, validation, approval , money etc.
We have forgotten our power. We have forgotten that we can give ourselves these things. Independence is key.
2024, we are working on providing ourselves with everything we need.
Start by
Moving more on your own time.
Get your finances together
Take care of your health
Know yourself ( the real you, not the mask you've been wearing)
Start seeking your own validation ( an independent thinker)
Go out by yourself
Educate yourself
Practice Celibacy/Abstinence
There's so much you could do.
2.EMOTIONAL CONTROL
This is so crucial. Emotional control is a must. If you let your emotions run the show , you lose every single time.
A baby princess cannot see beyond her emotions. she's trapped in the world of fight or flight. She's in survival mode.
A Queen knows emotions are just information. She is the observer. She's able to sit back and think about the best way to respond NOT react.
She's cool, calm and collected. No one sees her break a sweat.
Start by
Taking a deep breath when you find yourself getting triggered
Realizing no one has power over you. You get to decide how you want to show up everyday
By being selective on what you give your energy to.
3.SELF AWARENESS
Google accountability. A baby princess lives life as if it is happening to her. She has forgotten she is the co creator & it always takes two to tango. The truth is deep down, she's addicted to being the victim.
A Queen knows she is a powerful creator. If she constantly finds herself in certain unpleasant situations, she knows she has the power to change it because she created it.
Start by
Observing how you show up in life. How do you see yourself ?How do you act in your interpersonal relationships? What are your daily thoughts like?
Ladies, 2024 is the year we win. Its time to thrive. We got this.

These are some powerful affirmations i’ve been loving lately.
Repeat as many times during the day as you can.
1. I love and accept myself wholeheartedly.
2. Abundance is my birthright

4. My worth is never in question.
5. Money comes to me easily, frequently & it stays.
Tip: I usually recite my affirmations while i’m taking a shower or oiling up my skin.
Speaking your affirmations out loud while engaging in self care, in my opinion, has a lot of power.

I’ve decided to share 3 level up tips that could really assist you on your self development journey.
These tips might sound different from your everyday tips but one thing i’ve learnt is that most people go for the easier tricks that just conceal rather than fix.
As a woman of high value you must be willing to go through the journey & not the low hanging fruit.
I am constantly learning new ways in which I can be better & of course help you be better too.

1. Inner work

Before we get into skin care, working out & all that juicy stuff let’s talk about INNER WORK.
What is inner work?
Inner work is a process of taking control of your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, habits & transforming into a better version of yourself.
The truth is you can buy all the charlotte tillbury you want but if your inner world is a mess then your outer world will reflect such.
Beauty can’t save you,
Money can’t save you.
Power can’t save you.
We’ve all seen certain celebrities act in very surprising ways & we wonder how someone with such wealth, beauty or influence could act in such a manner.
Truth is if you're a mess and you become wealthy, all that will remain of you is a mess with money.
Whereas if you develop qualities like integrity, discipline, and honesty, your riches will enhance those qualities even more.
Inner work is the process of going inside oneself deeply to confront our problems, spend time with them & heal. (Usually what we’re avoiding)
It’s easier to blame your ex & find a new man.
However you will find yourself in this negative loop of constantly "attracting" toxic men till one day you sit with yourself & realize that you’re the problem.
Ouch.
How does inner work improve your life?
As i mentioned earlier, your outer world is a reflection of your inner world. If you’re constantly struggling in your relationships, your finances, and/or mental health then inner work would be most beneficial to you.
Ways you can do inner work
1. Therapy.
2. Coaching.
3. Shadow work
4. Meditation
5. Journaling.
Why is Inner work crucial?
In order to be a successful woman, you need to know who you are, what your values are, what your strengths & weaknesses are.
You must have a certain level of emotional intelligence & control.
You must be able to communicate with people properly.
You must be able to take constructive criticism without getting overly triggered.
You must learn how to handle tough situations like an adult.
= inner work.
2. Nutrition

You are what you eat
Everyday you make a decision on whether to heal yourself or hurt yourself based on what you consume.
Do you know what most people aren’t doing? eating right. If you want to have big results then you have to do the things most people aren’t willing to.
Research how poor eating habits is one of the leading causes of the ailments we suffer from today.
Listen, i can come on here and tell you to develop a 9 step skin care routine but that is not going to solve your problem.
If you really want glowy glass skin, you must work from the inside out.
Is it easy ? no. Will you be a pro immediately ? no. Start small & be consistent.
It’s time to start incorporating more fruits and vegetables into your meals.
It’s time to start eating more whole grains.
It’s time to cut back on refined sugar.
it’s time to cut back on dairy.
It’s time to start your day with a green smoothie.
It’s time to cut back on the fast food!
It’s time to eat foods that nourish, energize & heal you.
3. Personal Grooming

Personal grooming is essential on this journey. It is a form of self care. Showing up for yourself is how you slowly build self esteem.
No matter what people say, i wholeheartedly believe in looking good.
I know certain people may say it’s superficial or vain but personally i disagree.
it’s only superficial when you’re not doing your inner work & trying to overcompensate by hyperfocusing on your appearance.
There’s a big difference.
5 Tips & Tricks ;)
1. Hygiene is everything. Brush your teeth thoroughly, scrape your tongue, floss, shower regularly, shave, invest in good a deodorant, moisturize your skin, take care of your nails & oil your scalp.
2. Invest in good quality clothing: Quality > Quantity. Get your color analysis done. Invest in good undergarments.
3. Skin care : Start with the basics then build up. Cleanser. Moisture. Toner. Serum. Spf.
4. Etiquette: Many people dislike this word and think it denotes someone who is insincere or pretentious.
While I'm not advocating altering your personality to fit a particular perception, you would need to make some changes if you wanted to live a particular lifestyle.

Why I Love Breakups <3
Breakups can be one the hardest things one will go through in life.
Not only does it hurt but we as humans fear change.
Your brain is designed to keep you safe & not happy.
This means sometimes your brain would rather stay in a toxic relationship than leave because the relationship is familiar. It is predictable. A break up is unpredictable because we have no idea of what’s to come.
We fear the unknown.
We also tend to feel like we’ve "wasted" time with this person because it didn’t amount to marriage or whatever goal we envisioned. Especially if we have invested a lot of time & energy into the relationship.
Forgetting that we are now a totally different person after this relationship. It has taught us lessons that can only be learnt through experience.
How can you know what you want without first knowing what you don’t want?
It would only be a waste of time if you choose to not learn from it.
Although breakups can be soul crushing, I want to bring in a new perspective.
We talk about manifesting & attracting our dream partner all the time, forgetting to mention that rejecting & walking away from the relationships that don’t serve us is half of the work.
A lot of times we are the ones holding ourselves back.
Instead of seeing the break up as the end of the world, why not see it as the beginning of a new one. A rebirth.
A new world where you won’t have to beg & plead to be treated like the queen you are.
A fresh start.
Where you can lead with your new standards and boundaries. Which will lead to a new experience.
Although it is hard, I encourage women to embrace break ups. Sit with the pain. feel your emotions, cry it out , make that dumb mistake, learn from it & set your goals for your next relationship.
The pain will fade & all that will remain is wisdom.
Break up with that boy today 💋
