Kicho's Route Sneak Peek
A sneak peek at Kicho's story.
Not 100% accurate. Translation under the cut.
Kicho: "Move. Don't get in my way."
I fell in love with a demon, fluttering and dancing in this turbulent world.
I was left behind in the turbulent world as the wormhole disappeared, and the news of the attack on Azuchi Castle reached me, leaving me unable to do anything.
To counter the attack, the Oda forces sent a spy to Sakai, where the mastermind was located.
Mai: "I'll go. No, please let me go!"
I accepted the role to find the value of my existence at this period.
Kicho: "My name is Kicho. I'm the head of this trading post."
Mai: "-----!"
(So this is him. The mastermind behind the attack and our enemy.)
Thus the tension-filled life of a spy with the head of the trading post begins.
Mai: "I think a conflict will happen if more people get their hands on weapons."
Kicho: "That is our goal."
Kicho: "We will incite the forces of various regions and disturb Japan. This trading post is for that purpose."
(He said those things without a hint of hesitation.)
Mai: "A lot of people are going to die."
Kicho: ".............."
Kicho: "It's a necessary sacrifice."
Kicho: "Have a little more sense of urgency. Don't take life for granted."
(Is he mad at me because I did something careless?)
His goal is an eternal turbulent world.
But what he values more than anything else is a life destined to be taken away by the conflict.
Even so, I want to know this man full of contradictions.
Kicho: "An invitation for disaster? A beast in human form? What do you think you are doing with this precious life?"
Kicho: "Don't screw with me!"
(The trigger came off.)
Mai: "Stop!"
(I've never seen him so emotional.)
(Somehow, I feel like I have to stop him.)
Kicho: "Still, don't forget. Wherever you are, whatever you do, you are you."
Kicho: "As long as you continue to live and have your will, this fact will never change."
Kicho: "You are not something. You're Mai."
Kicho: "Wherever you are, whatever you are doing, just live as YOU."
(Do I have to go back to the start?)
(As long as I want to live, am I allowed to stay here as I am?)
Mai: "You're right. I am me."
Kicho: "Yeah. Even if you run through times."
I got to know him as we exchanged words.
He is an enemy, but he is a person.
Kicho: "My goal of a peaceful world was wrong."
Kicho: "It's in this turbulent world that we can rightly fulfill the meaning of life."
(He's not talking about values or anything like that.)
(This man had no other choice.)
The wounds that have been carved deep continue to eat away at his heart.
And when I wished his heart to be at peace, I realized the feelings welling inside me.
Mai: "I'm here now to talk to you as me."
Mai: "So you too, please talk as you."
Mai: "If this is hurting you more than you already are, please stop."
Kicho: "Let go."
Mai: "I don't want to."
Kicho: "If you interfere with my path, I will show no mercy."
Mai: "No, thank you!"
If you can no longer escape the contradiction一
If you can no longer stop your footsteps一
Mai: "I'm on your side."
Kicho: "Why?"
Mai: "It's pretty obvious, don't you think?"
Mai: "You're more important than anything or anyone else."
I will stop you.
What will decide the outcome of this war-torn world? A twisted justice or an unshakable love?
This is a love story between a girl and a demon bound to a twisted justice.
