Sleepless night (colored)

It's the end of @green-with-envy-phandom-event and I'm collecting all the lovely posts where my lineart was colored (and coloring it myself because people are inspiring)

Let's start with @englandamericaitaly who made an alcohol marker version of this with blinds shadows falling over Danny, and did an absolutely amazing save adding details where the markers made a happy little accident and I can't tell where that was. Awsome.

From @nanaarchy we get this version placed in the gore category because of the bruises but that's not the only thing that packs a punch in this one. The text bubbles adds so much to the piece and brings it all together. And I just have to point out the posters in the background and the Stars on the blanket! XD

@fuyuthefoxwriter gave us this version adding a NASA phone case and really showing the bright light in Danny's face from the phone. And you are right "The sleepy insomniac trying to sleepy without a ghost ruining it" it doesn't work, but maybe turning down the light levels on his phone would make it easier. ^^

Continuing with @balshumetsbaragouin submitting this version. My thoughts are just STARS! Yes! The gentle cell-shading gives a softness to this one and the text below is so true. School starts in 3 hours and no sleep.

We have @audaciousanonj giving us this version focusing on the light source of the phone (which was my intention when making the lineart XD)

Finishing off with @jamiethebeeart who made this version that has such calm and softness to it reminding me of the early mornings when the sun is on the face and one rolled over to avoid getting it in the eyes.

Janitors Closet (Colored)

@green-with-envy-phandom-event is over and it's time to compile all the amazing art that has been colored (and do it myself) this one was in the gore chatagory.

Starting off we have @marzfartz making this version with hard shadows and glowing ectoplasm. Gives me the horror movie vibes .

Next up was @eldritch-m0th who with this version went traditional with pencils and subtle shading. Love how you changed the directions of the pencil on the different surfaces.

Here's another one by @half-deadmagicperson coloring this version. Giving it an unsettling feeling and adding some nice writing on the wall. Love it when artists do that.

And here's @nanaarchy with this version that I think started the hit that someone was opening the door. It really goes into that deep darkness with the glowing green popping and Danny's eyes being somehow completely dead.

Another traditional media (or mixed media) was done by @jamiethebeeart who did this version. Creating so many details that I want to know the story behind what happened!

Coming in at the end is @goodfish-bowl with this version. I at once noticed the red and blue them. All the work which went into the shading and highlights and then I notice that the ectoplasm only shows in the shadow which is also where Danny's eye is green, cheffs kiss.

Nocturn's Price/Prince (Colored)

It's the end of @green-with-envy-phandom-event so I'm compiling the art made using the lineart I submitted, and coloring it myself because everyone is such an inspiration.

Check out @hannahmanderr who made this version with stars and clear differences between the background and Nocturn and choosing to change the colors of the lineart. (and they read my mind about the void taking over Danny ^^ Lovely)

Next up is @northerngrail who delivered this version with soft shading and an eerie calm to the piece, like something is about to happen. Also Nocturn's purple lips <3

Following that is @blobghost with this version that is an explosion of stars. They've also changed the colors of the line art going for all the lines but my gaze will always go back to those burning eyes of Nocturn.

Now @englandamericaitaly made this version that was also featured by the event. Scratchy lines added in white, traditional media, and a yellow moon. (Yes Soul Eater was an inspiration for drawing the moon that way). It all gave the uneasy nightmare feeling of playing Don't Starve, absolutely lovely.

Clockwork reverse injury (Colored)

With @green-with-envy-phandom-event finishing, I'm compiling the entries with my lineart colored (and coloring it myself) This one was in the gore chatagory.

Starting off we have @jamiethebeeart who made this version taking the ghostiness to the next level with the transparency of Danny and making an elaborate background.

And then we have @ecto-stone who gave us this version and I have never thought of using gold like this but it fits. Also, the glow and x-ray piece is beautiful and creeps me out in a good way.

Phantom trio (Colored)

With @green-with-envy-phandom-event coming to a close let me compile the finished entries of my lineart (and color it myself).

For this piece, there was only @half-deadmagicperson who made this version with colored pencils. Something that made me super nostalgic over the times I had my young students color lineart I made. I also love the square in the background, sometimes there doesn't have to be something elaborate a square is good.

Snowball fight (Colors)

So now that the @green-with-envy-phandom-event is closing I'd like to compile the posts on Tumblr featuring my lineart. (and also coloring them myself because I got inspired by everyone else.)

We had @craftybookworms who made this version with the window writing that is genius and the Orion t-shirt which I was tempted to incorporate but stopped myself. Loved it, great work.

Next to do it was @fuyuthefoxwriter who colored this version and included the png lineart if anyone wants to go for their own. I didn't notice the nailpolish until I was going over them again, love the details.

And @marzfartz that made this version which I can stare at for hours appreciating the way they made light and shadow work on the background.
