GOOD MORNING, AFTERNOON AND EVENING BITCHES YUP YUP WE HAVE ANOTHER EPISODE OF "POLICE BRUTALITY FUCKING SUCKS" AND THIS TIME IT FEATURES THE PHILIPPINES. YUP ONCE AGAIN THE PHILIPPINES, AS ALWAYS, IS IN DEEP SHIT. Lemme explain.
So Police Officer Jonel Nuezca had an argument with 25-year old Frank Gregorio, a civillian, due to boga or fireworks and stuff. The argument escalated which led to the involvement of Frank's mother, 52-year old Sonya Gregorio, who tried to protect her son. Accompanying the policeman was his 12-year old daughter (and someone recording the whole thing). The daughter then shouted "MY FATHER IS A POLICEMAN" to which the mother said "I don't care" in the tune of 2NE1's I Don't Care. The policeman then said "Putangina gusto mo tapusin na kita ngayon ah? (Son of a bitch, you want me to finish you off now?)" aND THEN PROCEEDED TO SHOOT THE GREGORIOS: he first shot Sonya point-blank in the head, then shot Frank TWICE, then shot Sonya again who was already on the ground.
This all happened by 5 pm yesterday, December 20, in broad daylight.
His daughter didn't even flinch.
If it weren't for the recorded and posted video (the vid is very triggering i really recommend not watching it), we wouldn't know about this incident. Heck there are many incidents of police brutality in the Philippines especially in regards to protestors but most go under the radar because of lack of documentation or because the government and police department is just so freaking good at sweeping these cases under the rug. This is why I humbly ask you guys to spread the news like wildfire because THE VIOLENCE-PLAGUED SYSTEM OF THE GOVERNMENT AND OUR POLICE AND MILITARY FORCES NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. News in the Philippines doesn't reach international media often but now we really need it to because with every passing day, our dictator-of-a-president Rodrigo Duterte turns this country into a hellscape, normalizing death and violence to such a degree that almost every day you can find Philippine headlines about the deaths of Filipinos either by the hands of government incompetence or police brutality or both. If you guys want to learn more or if you guys want to help I suggest looking up the hashtags #StopTheKillingsPH and #PULISANGTERORISTA on twitter. Spreading the news would also be very much appreciated.
My country is currently not a safe place for one to live in and every day our people walk a tightrope in the efforts to somehow survive the COVID-19 pandemic and the brutality and incompetence of our government. We desperately need all the help that we can get.

Tianna Phillips has been missing since June 13th, 2018. The 25 year-old woman was last seen in Berwick, Ohio. Tianna reportedly left a residence in Berwick at some point between 11pm and 12:30am and never returned home. She has never been seen or heard from again.
Tianna left behind two young sons who are now in the care of a relative. It is very uncharacteristic for her to be out-of-touch with her loved ones and it is not believed that she is missing on her own accord. Tianna’s Facebook has not been updated since she went missing, but she was active on the site prior to her disappearance. In fact, just hours before she vanished, Tianna posted the following on her Facebook page: “FOR EVERYONE TO KNOW… ME AND SCOTT ARE NOT TOGETHER HE THREW ME OUT… WE ARE BROKE UP AND THATS HOW ITS GOING TO STAY….”
After Tianna was reported missing, people began commenting on the Facebook post, asking if her ex-boyfriend Scott had been investigated. Some have replied stating that Scott has cooperated with the investigation, but there are still some commenters who have questioned whether or not this is true. Other commenters on the post have indicated that Tianna might be avoiding her family–but her family denies this and believes she was harmed.

Men need friends. Men need acquaintances. Men need peers. Men need people to cheer them on and notice their accomplishments and tell them that their hair looks good. Men need inside jokes with their coworkers and friends they can turn to after a hard day. Men need rich social lives and platonic hugs and emotional support from people they aren’t dating.
Men need to be treated like human beings who are capable of honoring their commitments, and not like misbehaving dogs who can’t control themselves unless they are carefully supervised.
As a culture, we’re pretty good about recognizing how important it is for women to have an emotional support network outside of their partner, but we’ve almost gone out of our way to deny that same social support to men. It’s socially acceptable for straight men who maintain close platonic friendships with women to be constantly accused of “cheating”, and yet straight men who form intimate and emotional bonds with other men are still accused of being “gay”. We’ve created a culture where many straight men rely only on their female partner for emotional support, leaving them nowhere to turn if their female partner becomes abusive, controlling or cruel.
A man who isolates his female partner and controls her social media is quickly marked as an abuser. A woman who does the same to her male partner is shrugged off as “just jealous” or even cheered on for “protecting her relationship”. And it’s wrong.
If the thought of your straight male partner having female friends makes you overwhelmed with jealousy, you aren’t ready for a relationship. If you can’t handle the thought of not having access to your boyfriend’s phone, passwords and social media accounts, you are not ready for a boyfriend. If the idea of other women following your boyfriend on social media or complimenting his appearance fills you with rage, you are not ready to date someone seriously. Loving someone means placing trust in them, and wanting to see them happy and supported in all areas of their life.
Love is not control.

These are just a few examples of abuse and it’s just seen as okay when girls do it and god knows I’ve fallen victim to it a few times, but you shouldn’t have to.
Never worry about not being in a relationship. If they’re worth it, they won’t hurt you.
