1. There is like a level/formality difference mainly, tho in daily use it’s kinda the same

But:

好看：is more informal, and used in a more visual sense, and used more lightly. It also has more uses than just meaning pretty. It is more vague than 漂亮

(For example you can say 电影很好看 (enjoyable)， but 电影很漂亮 is not quite right)

漂亮：is more formal, and can be used to describe quality of a person/thing. It also is deeper in meaning than 好看，as like pretty vs beautiful, 好看is just pretty but 漂亮 can mean beautiful and is more specific.

2. Yeah, 我上班 is correct as well, but the answer they gave is formal , which I would assume is what your teacher/course would want you to answer lol.

3. I don’t quite understand what you mean, if you don’t mind elaborating a bit, but I would assume yes, if you’re saying smth like “我周三和他见面”

You can definitely say “我三点半和他见面”
