Friendly reminder from your local indigenous person that trying to push *any* part of your religion or spiritual beliefs onto anyone else, especially saying that someone is wrong or a bad person for not believing in your spiritual or religious beliefs has a very extensive history in colonialism. So does saying any certain belief is "correct" or treating it as more real.
Additional reminder that if you pull that shit, people do not owe you or your beliefs respect. Especially people from groups who have been a victim of colonization. We've already had this shit happen to us once and continuing to respect people's beliefs when they did not respect ours got us screwed over. We don't owe anyone doing that again. If you can't respect that someone does not follow your beliefs and will not believe in ANY part of them, they are not in the wrong for not extending unearned respect to you and the beliefs you follow that say that our beliefs are wrong.
If a belief set doesn't respect me, I will not respect it either.
In conclusion, stop pushing your beliefs on others. Stop treating others like they are wrong for not believing parts of your belief set. Stop acting like certain parts of your belief set are exempt from whether or not others lack of belief should be respected.
