weh trying to make a Transformers AU! of Shen (and my other OCs later-), because just having a catified AU wasn't enough for me.

he's supposed to be some kind of helicopter, just with the blades of his alt mode moved to his body to mimic his OG self's outfit

ignore how rough and inaccurate these concepts are probably my mind is filled with way too many ideas and boy is it difficult shoving a Transformers character design into a Mario OC shaped hole

important note:

i may move off of tumblr in a few months depending on how bad this place gets.

at the VERY least i'm planning on possibly moving my outcast trio askblog onto a side blog on my cohost next month, since i feel like it'll be a lot better maintained there + i really want to work on it again

uhh have a quick-ish fic i made about post-awareness Jacred hehe

(it's mostly so i can ref it later in other things but yeah)

(may be loud/harsh in some spots) made a quick battle theme using some of the sound samples i got from opening up Catz GBA's .gba file in audacity. mostly to see if i could make something out of it.

the only things that's REALLY edited was the screeching noise (which is just the meow from the game effect-ed to hell to sound longer and glitchier than the OG sound hehe)

anyway it's messy (and i need to get better at lmms/making music in general) but this was a lot of fun!

IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR ARTISTS!

you SHOULD make ocs even if you feel like you wont use them! every time you put an oc on hold they go to the oc resort where they are given everything they could ever want and get to hang out with other ocs who arent currently being worked with by their creator. the more the better, the oc resort is running low on standby ocs and unused ocs!!! so PLEASE keep making ocs whenever you feel any inspiration to!!!

oh god 2023's almost over uh-

i really should of done more animation/art in general this year but due to a lot of things happening IRL i've kinda been distracted a LOT this year.

at least i did an actual AMV for Shen that i've been having in my mind for a while, and i am FINALLY starting to move away from windows and onto more (relatively) healthier OS's with my new laptop that i added linux mint to.

hopefully in 2024 i'll be able to finish my animation meme/AMV backlog i have in flash and slowly switch into animating in opentoonz, because (despite how messy it is on linux ATM) i really need to get into using animation software that's not over a decade old and costs way too much money if i did update, thank god for piracy being a thing but good god-

anyway, hope everyone has a good 2024, or at least a decent one idk.
