The two of you had just settled in for the night, teeth were brushed, pajamas were on, and the pillows were smooshed just so, for optimal comfort. You were wrapped in your ler’s arms; your head rested on their chest, their hand was playing idly in your hair. You’re just about to drift off to sleep when you hear their soft voice break through the silence.

“Sweet dreams, angel,” they say, “When you wake in the morning, the tickle monster will be coming to play.”

Your body tenses, your face flushes, soft whines leave your lips as you bury yourself deeper into their embrace in an attempt to smother your embarrassment.

“I know, little one, isn’t that so exciting? The tickle monster is coming just to see you, and he can’t wait to tickle the tippy tops of your ears all the way down to the bottoms of your toes all day long!”

Your face burns, your heart pounds, your toes curl. Their hand, no longer in your hair, is now tracing down your back, causing a chill to run up your spine.

“I know you just can’t wait to see the tickle monster tomorrow, but if you want him to come, you have to be a good girl and get a good night’s sleep first, okay?”

Uncommon Tickle Spots that are just freaking ADORABLE

(Remember to respect people’s boundaries and limits, and to determine those beforehand! That way it’s safe and a lot more fun for everyone! ^.^)

Edit: I love how all the lees are reblogging this and getting all flustered irritated at me for calling them out when I wasn’t even trying to in the first place LOL 😆

Behind the ears - The little squeaks and giggles and it’s usually so sensitive they can barely fight back.

Under the chin - This one is just CUTE. When you’re being all cuddly and affectionate and showering them with tickly teases and compliments.

On their palms - Really fun to mess with them bc it’s their HANDS dude, how is someone ticklish on their hands?!?! But nah, we love them for giving us such an easy tickle target lol

Collarbone - Kisses there just murder them it tickles so badly, not to mention the SHAPE of it is very aesthetically attractive in general. How can you NOT touch it? The fact that it’s ticklish is a major bonus.

Shoulder blades - This is an amazing spot because it’s so hard for them to reach back and defend themselves! And since it’s rarely touched, it’s usually pretty sensitive. (And if someone walks in, you can always adjust and pretend ur giving them a back massage or cracking their back or whatever)

Spine - Same as shoulder blades, but this spot is also fun because it’s like, it takes the tiniest touch to destroy them. They’re essentially ticklish everywhere, but the spine too? They really ARE ticklish everywhere! It’s also fun because you can get them lying on their stomach and then trace all sorts of little patterns along their spine and they won’t be able to do much about it, they’ll either be immobilized by the tickles or flop around like a fishie, but that’s not gonna stop you lol.

tickle interrogations r so gr8, here’s bullet points:

when all other methods have failed and the idea of tickling the informant just seems silly, but it turns out they’re super ticklish and the interrogator lights up with sadistic glee

when the interrogator just happens to brush the informant’s side and is deviously surprised when they see a flinch

“we have ways of making you talk” and any variant thereof

“i’m very patient, darling, i can do this all day~”

slow, methodical tickling with soft, sly tickle talk

the interrogator casually threatening to let the informant’s other enemies/rivals know about how damn ticklish they are

fingers hovering over the death spot as the interrogator asks a question, diving right in if the answer isn’t satisfactory

the informant crying out “i’ll talk! i’ll talk!” or “i’ll tell you everything!” between hysterical laughter

the interrogator gives them a break to confess but the informant just steels themselves and whimpers ‘do your worst’

the informant being given a choice between, say, spilling the beans or having a raspberry blown on their ticklish ribs, with only frantic 10 seconds to make that decision

the informant tells false information just to get a break from the tickling, is punished severely

playfully punishing the informant for withholding information for so long

the informant’s buddies swoop in at the last minute and either gleefully note their friend’s ticklishness or dish out punishment on the interrogator

I would hate to have to tie those little toes back and leave your feet immobile and unable to escape! That sounds dreadful doesn’t it? So will you stay still for me while I slowly drag my fingers up and down your soles, holding your toes back with my other hand? Will you stay still as I scribble and spider my way from the stems of your toes to your ankles? Will you stay still while I play this little piggy with your cute little toesies? Will you stay still when I pull out my claws, feathers and electric toothbrush? I don’t think you’ll be able to handle that but we will see! Super underrated tickle spots: Palms, backs, necks, behind the knees, and under the chin. I ADORE the classic tickle spots, believe me, but if I see or read tickling in any of those other areas I'm just like [vibrates] YESSSS
