beach day and moby dick
i've always wanted to read moby dick near the sea for the vibes or smth so i intentionally put off starting the book until i had my next trip to the beach. loved it! but i wanted to savor the book so i didn't speedrun it, and it is a really long book.

I liked this classic way more than Dracula, it should be equally popular. The setting was described amazingly and I liked the pacing and storytelling. Definitely a rec for everyone who likes horror or homoeroticism between women.
