Hey! Thanks for your question. Joan is pregnant throughout season 4. We find out she’s pregnant in “Vamos” (4x1) and she gives birth in ”Trompe Le Monde” (4x16).

Also, I’m not exactly sure what happened in the Balkans… but I know it involved a secret mission Joan was apart of when she was an active agent.
