What was the first time you realized you had a mental illness?
I was visiting Scotland and I had the biggest panic attack up until that moment. I was visiting a castle and there was a queue to enter. It had stairs that were very narrow and there was no turning back because it was only fit for one person per step. I started feeling claustrophobic, I started crying, I felt dizzy and nauseous and out of myself. My family had to turn back around and there was not much space to fit two people in the same steps but people managed to give me space and some tourists helped me get outside of the tower. That's when I knew I had a serious panic disorder. I was 15.
I'm currently writing the script for my next video for my youtube channel. Is anyone interested in watching?
I'm going to make a video about how my mental health has been, why I left university, the ups and downs of my life, the relapses and the progress I've made
You’re such a kind personnn ilysm! You’re doing the same thing I wish to do- to make people happier, and be their support. Making people happy makes me feel happier and I hope that holds true for you too! Ilysm! 𝕝𝕠𝕧𝕖 𝕪𝕠𝕦! ❤️
I really hope I'm helping people and I hope I'm making them happier or at least less lonely and understood
I have some video ideas for my youtube account, I just don't have a nice camera to record things.
I'm living with two members of my family who don't know about my tumblr and youtube accounts and it's hard to have some privacy to record those videos.
I wanna give you all an update on what's been going on in my life, share with you the things I've learned with the bad experiences I've had, storytimes and videos about mental illnesses
Hi. I'm a young person struggling with self-harm. I've been following your blog for a while and I have to just thank you for all you've done. Your video on self-harm has motivated me enough to try to stop it, and I think I'm improving! You also answer these asks in the most kind and loving way! You deserve more recognition because of how you're helping so many people. A few words go a long way. I'll continue to help myself with your advice, and you shouldn't forget about yourself either, kay? :)
This is an old message but every time I read it, my heart melts.
Thank you so much for letting me know this is. It's so important to me knowing that I'm actually helping people!!
