I’ve told her not to get her hopes up. “After all,” I say, “we’re only going to celebrate it for half a minute” when she asked what in the world I was talking about, I pointed out “This is your thirty-second birthday”
hey, neil! my sister didnt realize that crowley and aziraphale were in love until the last episode and the scene where he confesses.
then she asked me why you went "the gay route"
what do i say to her?
i love crowley and aziraphale a lot btw
You could perhaps suggest that she watches it all again, and it may make more sense to her.
Me: I shouldn't disturb Neil Gaiman. I shouldn't send an ask unless I really have no way of getting the information otherwise. I'll check old interviews and all the articles that vaguely mention the subject. Of course it goes without saying that I'll read though the FAQ in its entirety. Only then, will I send an ask. However, I'd be very polite and praise his work, as anyone would. I'd also keep it short, because I don't want to waste his time. But I'd keep it very very respectful. I'd be sending a message to a very talented, amazing author that deals with god knows how many like me. Or I'd just stay in the dark and not send him an ask. Yeah, I'll do that.
If Aziraphale is willing to Fall to save Job's children, how much more is he willing to do for Crowley? *Deep breath* IF AZIRAPHALE IS WILLING TO FALL TO SAVE JOB'S CHILDREN, HOW MUCH MORE IS HE WILLING TO DO FOR CROWLEY? *DEEP BREATH* IF AZIIIIRAPHAAALE
Literally happened to me and I just pretended I did it on purpose.
As a fic author, sometimes I get comments on my writing along the lines of "Amazing foreshadowing" or "I loved the build-up" or "The descriptions of their feelings was great" or "I loved the atmosphere shift, it was amazing" etc.
Sometimes my reaction is "Yes! Yes, I did that, thank you so much for noticing, I'm so glad someone picked up on it!" but unfortunately, most of the time my reaction is "I... did? Uhm- Yeah, yes, that was totally on purpose, thank you."
First of all, it is very funny, but second of all, it's always fascinating to see the things your readers pick up that you didn't even mean to put down.
