newsies real names census!!
okay, so, a fun little task for the fandom: i have made a google form in which i would like all of you to input the real names you use or headcanon for each of the newsies characters, common or uncommon as your ideas may be.
this is data collecting purely for fun because i wanted to see what the scope of ideas looks like. i'll keep the form open for a little while, for however long it takes for responses to really wane, and then make a post about the results! including fun little graphs and favourite picks and all that.

newsies minecraft hcs
jack plays like hes never played the game before every single time
davey is the goat
Katherine is also the goat but she gets overly competitive about it
her, race, and spot play bedwars together and sweep
katherines houses are so fuckign ugly but David is good at building
they have a server for literally everyone
Katherine pays for it because aternos kept crashing with the amount of them
jack is that one guy that 3000 blocks to build his house
crutchie finds him eventually and just moves in
jack is unphased everytime he's just like "oh look crutchie is here"
davey kinda takes charge of community stuff, like he builds the community house, spawn protection, etc
Katherine runs that server like a dictator the only other mod is davey because she knows he wont abuse it
race was a mod for an hour (peer pressured davey) before getting banned for the day (davey also got banned for the day)
its okay its all in good fun
race builds the most heinous structures
jack also joins in
sarah has a huge base and tunnel complex underground and people keep accidentally mining into it (even though it's 'secret')
they all know but she doesn't know they know
race abuses this
there is at least one marriage a week
one of the main rules is not messing with peoples pets
one time spot accidentally killed race's dog and it was anarchy
jojo is collecting all the blocks in the game and working with davey and kath to make a museum

so funny story: during the pandemic my sister and I were so bored we recreated the pro-shot of Newsies in LEGO stop motion. We never finished it, but we got through the entirety of Act One and King of New York. So please, enjoy this small part of the Seize The Day dance break!
