i just can’t shake the fact that when i go back to school she won’t be there, waiting in the hallway as other students pass by or teaching math to us every day

i’ll never be able to walk in that room again and not see her sitting in that chair with that stupid rangers sticker on her desk and a half drunken coffee there, usually iced from dunkin, but during christmas time it’s always that special one from starbucks. i’ll never see one of her beautiful smiles again, and i’ll never get to see my favorite outfit of hers worn again. i miss those stupid little jamboards she would make that nobody used to use but still put her heart and soul into them anyway. i’ll never get teased by her again over the team i like and i’ll never hear her voice call me “hon” ever again. i’ll honestly just miss her.
