I shall do both! :) I'll preface that I am a multishipper so I can entertain almost anything you throw my way.
Zigfried von Schroeder (based on my limited memory of this arc):
My NOTP for them: anything with a minor or incest
My BROTP for them Leon/Zigfried
My OTP for them: Kaiba/Zigfried
My second choice pairing for them: Pegasus/Zigfried
My fluffy pairing for them: Pegasus/Zigfried - both seeing the error of their ways and sailing off into the sunset, literally. Only problem is they end up as business partners in canon.
My angsty pairing for them: Kaiba/Zigfried - inevitably they'd first have to grapple with trust but then they'd be a powerhouse. Kaiba's crazy enough to eventually overlook his past sabotage.
My favorite poly ship for them: Kaiba/Pegasus/Zigfried - a weekend retreat. need I say more?
My weirdest pairing for them: Vivian/Zigfried - if she ever got behind him she'd be so dedicated.

@kaatsuya okay kaiba + exercise headcanons. FIRST if he wants to fly his jet, he absolutely has to exercise. there’s no way around this. like, if he wants to avoid passing out from g-forces at high speeds in his jet, and also stave off musculoskeletal disorders caused by the effects of acceleration and g forces on the human body, kaiba MUST be physically fit. and not just “gym three times a week” physically fit, but like... strong. this isn’t so much headcanon as it is *adjusts glasses* supporting evidence
SECOND in the DM anime there’s a scene where ziegfried von schroeder is looking at kaiba’s duelist profile, and it says kaiba is a world judo champion and is also apparently really into soccer (which is referenced, sort of, in the virtual world arc, when gozaburo shows noah a photo of 10yo kaiba and he’s holding a soccer ball). so clearly someone on the DM anime team was like “kaiba’s into soccer” and tried to slip that in there whenever they could and you know what? i believe in them. they did that for US.
SO on one hand i have science about the physiology of fighter pilots, and on the other hand i have blink-and-you-miss-it moments from the DM anime, and when i put this all together, my conclusion is that kaiba wakes up early every day to hit the gym (his private gym at home) for like, two hours. strength training, running, biking, swimming. the basics. and while he used to play soccer as a kid, he no longer plays soccer because team sports mean you have to rely on other people (torturous thought) and mokuba is currently too short for 1v1. exercise is also incredibly good for your mental health, so he probably glommed onto that idea a little as well. what better way to burn off stress and clear your head and think through some thorny ideas than to run a brisk 8k? js

whenever he swings by the local orphanage to deliver presents he always ends up playing 10v1 soccer with the kids and its a hot mess
takes orders from NO ONE... except his personal trainer and his judo sensei
despite mokuba’s careful and dedicated curation of playlists, he usually ends up running in silence. horrifying
mokuba’s like “wow i’m so glad niisama took up a relaxing hobby like running finally” and then kaiba comes through the door sweating and panting for breath and he’s like “mokuba... i’m going to run the domino city marathon and i’m going to win” and mokuba’s like “okay. how do i break his ankle”

Yu-Gi-Oh: Fashion Comparison You can really see the differing suit styles when they're all together. Pegasus is subtly frilly but classy, even a little vintage. Definitely portrays an older businessman compared to the other two. Siegfried is hella flamboyant and makes an immediate statement. One of a kind for sure and a sure cry for someone to notice him. (Since he is frequently overlooked.) And then there is Kaiba. Simple and clean, a bit boring, but timeless. He doesn't need frills or bold colors. His very presence commands the room. Three very unique looks and yet every girl go crazy about these sharp dressed men.

Yu-Gi-Oh Quick Headcanon: Ziegfried is mixed handed/ambidextrous.
Although Ziegfried uses his right hand primarily throughout the series, he has shown to be somewhat proficient in using his left hand. Since this is the one and only time that his left hand was used, it is possible that he is only able to use it when on a traditional monitor with a mouse.
(Alternative head canon is that Ziegfried was originally left handed but was forced to write and function using his right. This was because of an overbearing and superstitious mother, who saw her son’s use of his left hand as a great sin against God. Seeing as his father was descending into a madness of competition, there was little he could do to resist the madness of superstition from his mother and he conformed to her wishes. Save when he was rebelling with his hacker activities, of course.)

Yu-Gi-Oh Quick Head Cannon: Ziegfried von Schoeder’s rose colored hair is not his “natural color”.
Ziegfried’s natural hair color is actually closer to his brother Leon’s, a duller shade of maroon. He lightens his hair with a combination of frequent sun exposure and treating it with lemon juice. He had tried different methods before but none of them seemed to satisfy him, especially if it damaged his hair. He found the natural method not only preserved his hair quality but gave off a fresh lemony smell.
(Alternative head canon is that he only uses this treatment during the spring and summer months. He allows his hair to darken in the autumn and winter because the darker maroon goes better with the seasonal colors. He has perfected this system through plenty of trial and error, having a copious amount of notes on hair care alone.)
