What is that Galaxy-Eyes AU you made?

Ok I'll do a quick master thread to compile all the art and ideas I have for this AU so it's properly,,, somewhere!!

It's a futuristic AU called "Galaxy's Constant", a Universe in which Kaito calls upon Galaxy-Eyes once more. If I could draw a single good looking human in less than 2 months then I would absolutely try and draw or animate for this AU more

Here's a little prologue I've had gathering dust to introduce the main idea of the story

I'm utter garbage at outfit design and fun fact I got two design concepts from two people who are way better than me at this, but in the end didn't end up using either of those amazing designs lol. But maybe one day for something else!! This is your typical "drinks 5 coffees a day" Kaito but also Uni/college student studying outside of Heartland when ruh oh! Something happens to his family (Faker and Haruto) (no doubt at the hands of Mr. Heartland) so he hurries to Heartland Tower. To deactivate the defensive measures and break in, he has his trusty Orbital (and bike for travel)

He doesn't end up being able to reach his family but does retrieve an artifact before escaping from security. It's the Photon Spear woooo and he ends up throwing it at the sky, surprised when it seemingly defies gravity to fly higher before releasing a giant-ass dragon!! It's a battle hardened Galaxy-Eyes, having laid dormant for so long that it's appearance is ragged and it struggles to use its powers

There's an immediate connection, the dragon is not hostile and Kaito feels familiarity in its presence... As seen in the Kaito concept, Kaito starts carrying the spear around to summon GE at will. Really want to make use of the idea that the spear's sides can fold in so Kaito can pack it in a guitar case and then other people go "omg you play guitar?" and Kaito's like uhh (GE is a huge ass mf but Kaito keeps them a secret for as long as he can)

Aaand I haven't gotten that much further with filing out the plot with anything concrete!! But I really like the idea and will certainly try. Mizael and other Zexxys appear eventually, as well as an equally large Tachyon dragon for a huge Galaxy-Eyes duke off!!

Some weird fucked up plot about space and time is gonna happen and I'm really bad at writing anything like that but no matter. What matters is that Galaxy-Eyes becomes even bigger and prettier and makes everything okay and all the humans live happily ever after

And lots of angst but maybe a few hijinks as a treat too. I will say that Mizael stabs a guy with the Photon Spear at some point and that's about all I can say about that

mannnnnnnnnnnn I was looking through the requests and saw this and I HAD MEMORY flashbacks when I first saw kaito appear on tv back around 2013ish. Like my kid self really went ' this guy is so fruity' and i'm so right.

Astral is genderless! I bounce between agender and nonbinary with him a lot, but I’m unsure. Astralites just don’t have genders in general, but he’s fine with he/him

Astral is also Demi, all he craves is to get to know you and then he’ll be in love. I couldn’t possibly see him having a fixed preference on any gender because he doesn’t care/know the difference between boys and girls and all that (Yuma had to teach him!)

Stole this from a friend but Astral is SO fucking afraid of cats. Hates the way they meow and gets uncomfortable really cutely. He’s scared of Cathy as well

”Yuma I don’t like her. Can we please go.” “?? It’s just Cathy!! She’s harmless :(“ “I HATE CATS YUMA I HATE THEM”

Hes also very afraid of Vetrix as well. He doesn’t like it when anyone besides Yuma is aware of his existence. Vetrix Just gives him this cat eyed stare with the biggest smile, asking him if he wants to have tea and Astrals freaking the FUCK out. He just wants to be nice!!!

Likes to eat things that aren’t food. Eats peices of the drywall and paint and baby powder (I might be projecting a little

Astral likes to touch Yuma in his sleep, not in like a sexual way (of course) but he just. Likes the way his skin feels

If you take a bite out of astral he’d taste like pop rocks, blueberry jello, and candy floss!!!

Astral likes to watch TV a lot. Just has it on while Yuma sleeps. He’s confused about all that romantic stuff but he saw a kiss in a movie once and gave Yuma a big kiss on the lips!

”WHAT WAS THAT FOR???” “In the movie they said you should give a kiss to the person you care about the most..”

If he had a fursona It would probably be a ferret. Maybe

Yuma taught him cuss words. He says fuck sometimes

I flip flop between lots of different ships but him, Trey, Shark, and Yuma are poly. Amazing
