So I'm doing stuff online and some people I know are talking to me and/or mentioning me in stuff and I'm like "Yay! They remembered who I am!" which is honestly all I've ever wanted my whole life and then I realized that those are my friends. I have actual friends. Isn't that the loveliest

Its still Wednesday so here's a quick dullahan zoro and probably-most-likely-a-yandere law, courtesy of my resident bully, tumblr anon
"One moment," Law responds, caressing the lid on the jar before his fingertips trail down the side almost lovingly. He knew logically that he shouldn't leave the disembodied head out where just anyone could see it, but he also didn't like leaving it locked up in darkness.
He'd first seen it when he was ten, freshly adopted by Donquixote Rosinante - the younger brother of the Donquixote Family's head, Doflamingo - after his family had died in the aftermath of a territory war. It'd been acquired from a business partner and while its origins were still heavily contested, it hadn't mattered at the time; Law had practically fallen in love at first sight.
With soft green hair, flawless golden skin, and a single long, thin scar bisecting the left eye and brow, it was the single most beautiful thing Law has ever seen.

Big fan of characters realizing they don't get to die. They have to live. And grow. And be a person. And deal with shit they thought they'd never have to. And be fucked up about it. I would like more of this. Enough dying for honor or as redemption. It ain't. You're just a corpse. There is no moral value in dirt time.

i do unironically think the best artists of our generation are posting to get 20 notes and 3 reblogs btw. that fanfic with like 45 kudos is some of the best stuff ever written. those OCs you carry around have some of the richest backstories and worldbuilding someone has ever seen. please do not think that reaching only a few people when you post means your art isn't worth celebrating.

You guys rlly don't realise how much knowledge is still not committed to the internet. I find books all the time with stuff that is impossible to find through a search engine- most people do not put their magnum opus research online for free and the more niche a skill is the less likely you are to have people who will leak those books online. (Nevermind all the books written prior to the internet that have knowledge that is not considered "relevant" enough to digitise).
Whenever people say that we r growing up with all the world's knowledge at our fingertips...it's not necessarily true. Is the amount of knowledge online potentially infinite? Yes. Is it all knowledge? No. You will be surprised at the niche things you can discover at a local archive or library.
