#god i hate the rest of the internet#i leave tumblr and remember that there are actually people who will bend over backwards to defend the spn finale#and will try to explain why it's good writing and Not Homophobic/Misogynistic Actually and like#just admit you're a shallow unthinking piece of shit! it's okay!#we know it already!#you can't keep lying to yourself this way it's unhealthy#own your shallow unthinking shitness i promise you'll feel so much better#you really watched fifteen seasons of a show and spent most of it griping about every season not being exactly like season one#and then actually felt triumph when the final episode was exactly like season one#and that's great for you! you got what you wanted at the expense of character and story and every marginalized fan of the show!#you got forty minutes of validation and now this show you didn't ever actually love will fade into obscurity#and you can sit comfortably in your smugness that you were right about something so small and petty#and damaging to so many people's hard work and passion and dedication#so now enjoy it! but you have to pay the trade-off#you want so badly to be right about this small stupid thing and rub it in all our faces#so now you have to own that you're a piece of shit!#you have to stop pretending it was ever about appreciating the story for you or what the fuck ever#just own! your! bullshit!
