I DO LOVE STRIKERS!! i thought the game was super fun and i absolutely DID have an au for it with yaldabaoth (post change of heart) as a part of the party (as well as continuing my supercomputer au into strikers)! it was basically strikers except yaldabaoth is akira's actual dad and how that parallels with zenkichi's storyline, how he learns to be the father akira should have and learning to change through working closely with the thieves to the point that he refutes emma's position. ALSO following gnostic lore, sophia is yaldabaoth's "mother", an ai made to understand the human heart that facilitated his coming into being when she heard all of humanity calling out for him (the timeline is. fuzzy here, but i didn't think too hard about it lol) it ends with him staying behind as steward of the metaverse, and offering akira a place there with him as it closes after emma's defeat...but he turns it down, returning to be with his friends in the real world as he knows that's where he truly belongs.
