the time you moved in was.. questionable..!!! but that isn't the topic let's move on wwww living with tsukasa is.. you can say a hand full. but let me show you what it's full off!

living with tsukasa means loooots of spending time with the other tenma sibling as well. but not as much as tsukasa though! you and saki = bffs frfr. best wingwoman for both you and tsukasa. why is this suddenly turning into a saki x reader...

but anyway, living with tsukasa also means dancing or singing in his room wwwww. it doesn't matter if you don't know how, he's willing to teach you! for dancing.. it's really fun but really exhausting. don't worry! you both take a nap right after. for singing.. don't worry as well, he makes sure you don't break your vocal chords.

let's move on to nights with tsukasa. cuddles with him.. hmm.. there's nothing i really know about, but, one thing i know is he likes being the little spoon and small spoon <3. one alternative is him resting his chin on your head while one, or both of his arms are on your waist. never falls asleep until you do, but sometimes when he's really tired— he sleeps before you do.

oh— but late nights with him are better. why? because it means staying up with him on a weekend to watch ghibli movies. headcanon that tsukasa likes watching ghibli movies, looots of snacks too, but he makes sure it's not a lot, and that you have a balanced meal the next day.

look xin its your worst nightmare. cooking! but it's cooking with your lovely bf.. one word, chaos. he looks like he doesn't know shit about cooking, as long as it's edible it's okay, he says. but you're there to save the day! he's willing to learn too if it's you <3 baking with him is really funny as well, but i won't get into detail on that!

this also means being good friends with wxs, they always go to you to ask him how he's doing when he's not like his usual self. sometimes akito asks, "how tf do you put up with him?" and you reply with, "it's a 6th sense."

also— please try to understand he's pretty busy too. so you have to continue helping him and supporting him! if you don't, i will come to your home and commit arson.. if you do though, he wonders to god everyday on how he got you as an s/o <3

a layout of the yang family's residence - aka what it actually means to sleep over at caiying's house

despite the in-game scale of liyue harbor, i actually perceive it to be much larger than it appears. considering it is the central hub of liyue and trade throughout all of teyvat, when you picture it in your mind, it should theoretically be massive and bustling at just about all times. i think also the incorporation of distinct parts of the city based on social class would imply that liyue harbor is meant to be perceived as taking up much more room but had to be scaled down for the game, which is understandable. i'm talking about this so that when i drop the reference pictures later on it doesn't seem weird that the yang family residence is ... huge.

caiying's paternal family is nouveau rich by all accounts, piggy backing off the wealth of her mother's family that they had access to through marriage and then further gaining status and finances from her stepmother's family (who are actually old money themselves). for the sake of this blog, caiying's father holding a position at the ministry is equivalent of an official position at court ( via examination as had been the case in china for quite a long time ) which I'm making the assumption comes with a stipend associated with the position. that is all to say that caiying and her family ... is rich. really rich. the upper class of liyue society that is not too far below the wealth of some members of the qixing.

when talking about the yang family residence it's important to make the distinction that it's actually a grand area of land with connected buildings / residence halls with each building having a designated function or housing certain members of the family.

now ... the residence is not as big as the mansion of a literal prince but this serves as a reference for the general layout. the residence is a little over half of what is displayed above with the addition of the residence's garden. the residence is effectively divided as such:

main hall - official family events are hosted here as well as any gatherings or parties

study hall - place where the children go to be taught by instructors and where yang xin's office / library is located for individual cultivation or to continue work

several residences for the family members - yang xin has his own residence, caiying's step mother has her own (caiying's younger sister lives there), caiying's brother has his own, caiying's grandmother has her own (caiying used to live there), and caiying has her own. all of the residences have their own quarters for the servants

large building that has the kitchen and storage room for supplies like coal or fabrics although there is some manner of storage within each residence

garden - pretty : )

each building is consistently maintained and cleaned to preserve it for a long time. each residence is overseen by its own owner and given its own name by said owner. expenses are to be recorded daily and brought to the head of finances of the entire household, which is caiying's stepmother, for review and potential audit if the finances are off. though all servants of the residence ultimately answer to yang xin, servants of a specific residence tend to show more loyalty and favor to its owner.

the interiors are kept just as well as the exteriors. you know you're in a rich person's house when you step inside.

the residences usually display any gifts or commissioned items in the central halls while the bedrooms are kept away from the public eye as they are considered extremely private. each residence is also equipped with side halls to have guests stay over and a courtyard to decorate as they please (within reason). occupants will usually have meals within their residences unless it's been requested that they go the main hall to have a family dinner or go to another residence to eat.

caiying's residence is more out of the way - at her own request since she prefers the quiet and to be undisturbed. she personally named it " Fukang " / 福康 Residence / Courtyard / Hall

福 / " Fu ": blessing, good fortune

康 / " Kang ": peaceful, healthy, abundant

literally nothing more embarrassing than falling on the same type of white man over and over again (with the exception of minho from shinee bless his heart)

tommy joe ratliff → he was the bass player for adam lambert during his glamnation era (think of songs like for your entertainment and if i had you) idk why exactly i liked him so much but i just did.... however i searched him up again quite recently and found out he’s one of those republicans that says the dumbest shit on twitter so Big Yikes

harry styles → “baby you light up my world like nobody else, the way that you flip your hair gets me overwhelmed, and when you smile at the ground it ain’t hard to tell...” and BOOM 13-year-old me was sold for well over two years

louis tomlinson → basically i liked harry most until around 2013 when for some reason i started to like him a little less, and i got more focused on louis tomlinson, and although i didn’t like one direction anymore louis tomlinson always had a special place in my heart

ashton irwin → so ashton is 5sos’ drummer, i discovered 5sos through one direction & i stanned them until late 2014

harries twins → the harries twins (jack & finn) are basically the reason i started spending a lot of time on youtube, they were funny and pretty and they just had good videos in general, so for almost two years i’d watch their content regularly

brooks twins → still youtubers, the brooks twins were 3/5 of the janoskians (jai & luke brooks, beau brooks, daniel sahyounie, & james yammouni), an australian youtube comedy group that was active from 2011-2018 though i was only around from 2012-2014 (when jai brooks was dating ariana grande)

jc caylen → surprise! another youtuber! jc caylen was part of o2l (our2ndlife) a youtube collaboration channel on which each of the 6 members posted videos on a certain day in the week (mondays with connor, tuesdays with ricky, wednesdays with sam, thursdays with jc, fridays with trevi (my 2nd favorite member bc she participated on the x factor), saturdays with ricardo, and then they had surprise sundays every week) and i remember how much joy jc & the others always brought me with their silly videos

misha collins → up next, you might know him as the gay angel that was sent to superhell after confessing his love to the homophobic hunter on supernatural, it’s misha collins! basically misha was a huge source of comfort for me, and i even went around calling myself emmisha for almost two full years (cringe)

henrik holm → he played even bech naesheim in skam and my crush on him reached that level of ridiculousness where i actually tried my hand at learning norwegian (i can only remember how to introduce myself and some curse words i would make a great first impression on him)

min yoongi → okay so my baby steps into kpop happened through shinee’s sherlock, but i only got really invested when yoongi dropped agust d 1 because Holy Fuck y’know??

kim namjoon → oh man i remember thinking namjoon was cute and a very good leader and then BAM he dressed like THAT at the 2016 mma’s and i fell in love. hard

park seojoon → i started liking park seojoon whilst i was watching hwarang (you guessed it, i watched it bc of taehyung), although he wasn’t my favorite character by far, but he was very silly off camera & i liked that (i’m not that into him anymore tho </3)

kim seokjin → OH BOY LET ME TELL U i liked seokjin from the very beginning (i got to know bts in late 2014) and i always liked seeing him perform and be himself and god once i realized i had a crush on him it just hit me like a mf truck, and he’s still one of my favorite people to this day

jung hoseok → god fake love era hoseok really hits different.... also yes i know i have all of bts’ hyung line on my list BUT bts was a really big part of my life for almost 6 years soooo honestly they deserve it i still think they’re great guys

choi san → when ateez made their debut in 2018 i immediately fell in love with san, he was such an amazing dancer and he captivated me right from the very beginning, to this day he’s still my bias in ateez uwu

Khu dân cư: với diện tích 155,6252 ha tập chung chủ yếu tại khu đô thị Linear với nhiều loại hình bao gồm biệt thự, khu nhà phức hợp và khung căn hộ chung cư thấp tầng và cao tầng.

Khu cây xanh: diện tích 39,46060 ha.

Đất giao thông: diện tích 66,0360 ha bao gồm 31,62 ha đất giao thông đô thị và 34,97376 ha đất giao thông đơn vị ở.

Khu công trình công cộng: diện tích 34,43872 ha bao gồm: 19,19805 ha cho công trình công cộng cấp khu và 15,24067 cho công trình công cộng cấp đô thị.

VỊ TRÍ DỰ ÁN:

Dự án GS Metrocity Nhà Bè thuộc địa phận thứ 2 của xã Phước Kiểng-Nhơn Đức, Huyện Nhà Bè. Đây được xem là một vị trí vô cùng “đắc địa” và “giàu tiềm năng”bởi những lợi ích mà nó mang lại. Ngoài ra, hệ thống giao thông nơi đây được quy hoạch đầy đủ có thể giúp cư dân kết nối nhanh chóng đến nơi cần thiết và lân cận.

Dự án nằm giữa khu đại đô thị Phú Mỹ Hưng và Cao tốc Bến Lức - Long Thành. Đặc biệt, chiều dài dự án kéo dài 3.5km dọc theo đường Nguyễn Hữu Thọ và trục chính nối TpHCM với cảng Hiệp Phước.

Phía Bắc: tiếp giáp khu dân cư hiện hữu đường Nguyễn Hữu Thọ, giáp Rạch Ông Bốn, khu làng đại học B, khu biệt thự Dragon Parc…

Phía Nam: Tiếp giáp đường Nguyễn Bình-Cầu Bà Chiêm.

Phía Đông: Giáp đường Nguyễn Hữu Thọ, khu đô thị Dragon City, đường Phạm Hữu Lầu, Nguyễn Bình đi về phía nam Phú Mỹ Hưng, Phú Xuân.

Phía Tây: Tiếp giáp khu dân cư đường Phạm Hữu Lầu, Nguyễn Bình ra hướng Lê Văn Lương.

Kết nối tiện ích của dự án

Ngoài ra, dự án còn có thể liên kết vùng hoàn hảo như:

So, that’s a look at what Oregon brings to the table. I think it’s got a nice, clean look and it’s super user friendly, so it’s ideal for beginners to WordPress. Keep in mind, this theme is not available on WordPress.com, so you’ll have to have your own hosting account to make use of it. That said, I think it’s a pretty solid theme.

Oregon supports WooCommerce, which means it will work as an online shop template. There’s the attractive slider feature up top and three promo boxes that you can populate with your own content, if you want to use them. They’re completely optional. Oregon gives you a handful of layout options on the front page, which means there’s some flexibility to how you present your home page.

Prestressed steel structure
