If you buy shrimp chips to make yourself they come as these plastic lookin’ colourful discs and you put them in hot oil and they fluff up! Look up “uncooked shrimp chips”

Also, if you had them from a bag they are pretty good, but if you get them from a Chinese restaurant fresh they are AMAZING
