Wedding Dress Wednesday 👰
This ca.1834 wedding dress from the V&A Collection has that quintessential 1830s silhouette. The shoulders are sloped, the skirt is voluminous and the sleeves are massive.
Description from the V&A website:
"Wedding dress consisting of a pelisse robe with large sleeves and bell shaped skirt. It is made of white muslin with self coloured cotton embroidery in a formal floral pattern. There is a bow of satin at ankle height, in the front of the skirt. The dress is lined with silk and fastens at the neck and waist with black metal hooks and eyes. There is an additional silk tying ribbon inside the waist."

Since in the fanfic I am working on for Erehisu would have Eren and Historia having to get married twice. The first time being them officially getting married before Eren had to sneak into Marley with his friends and the other is a more formal ceremony after it is revealed that Eren faked his death so he could be officially declared Historia’s Prince Consort.
This is how I could see Historia dressing for the first ceremony, since it was a ceremony that had to be put together very quickly, she may have borrowed the dress from one of the workers that helped her with the orphanage. She is still very beautiful and happy to be marrying the man she loves so much. Eren on the other hand would probably be wearing what he was wearing at the time when they decided to get married and have a baby.
I could see her dressing in a very fancy gown on the more formal ceremony as the Queen of all of Paradis. I could see many people wanting to be the one who made her gown, but the favorite would be picked by Eren and their daughter, Carla Ymir.
