my favorite queer ensemble cast:
we’ve got our main characters:
the redhead butch. she’s a brawler, and although she puts on a disinterested exterior, she’s willing to sacrifice anything for the people she cares about. she’s spent a lot of her life in a cell, and teams up with an unlikely ally to earn her freedom.
the rich femme. she comes from a politically powerful family and holds a position of authority. although her relationship with the redhead starts off being antagonistic, they fall for each other throughout the course of the series.
the naïve, autistic coded girl. she has a complex, love/hate relationship with the redhead and wears her hair in long braids
our supporting cast:
MILF cop (unfortunate)
dead teenagers.
the scientist. suffering from a terminal illness, they search for a way to prolong their life through magic. while they are ultimately successful, the discovery also results in the death of a close friend for which they cannot forgive themselves.
the revolutionary. a key figure in an anti fascist rebellion, they have dyed hair shaved on one side. they usually wear a mask and hood to cover it. there are undertones of attraction between them and the girl with braids.
and of course, the villain:
an older man with fucked up eyes who serves as a father figure to one of the main characters
