Paul Juda is such a lovely gymnast. The finesse, the grace, the pacing, the cleanliness of the body lines. So reminiscent of the great Russian and Eastern European gymnasts from the latter part of the last century.

USAG has introduced a new logo.
But before you decide to mock I’d like to suggest that this is a good thing. The old logo was associated with pain and abuse for a lot of members of the gym community and moving forward they shouldn’t have a constant reminder of their pain just because they want to participate in the sport.
Changes like this represent the values of an organization and are positive as long as they accompany other changes that are more than symbolic.

I am going to try to be less…callous in the new year. I am just truly unpleasant, especially to people who express romantic interest in me. So even though their interest in me bugs me, I want to be more pleasant about it. Sounds great.

- A high maintenance mother from New York

- USA Gymnastics
