Okay, this is literally every single work in progress that I currently have on my drafts!

I am the worst at summaries so I put the literal request underneath each one of them 😊 If it's not here, I didn't get the requests, loves so, let me know 😁

I know it's a lot and I really hope to get all of them up soon, it's gonna take me a while, but they are coming! if you'd like to request a preview of one, go ahead 😊 polls might come back in the future since they seem to be working somehow! I'll also be updating my Masterlists

Drabble (Untitled) [Mixing 2 requests]

1. wishingtobeforeveryoung1019 - Hey can I get a Steve and reader imagine where she works with Steve and they both like each other but they don’t realize it. They both think each other are way out of each other’s league. Can be Scoops Ahoy or Family Video, whichever you prefer. Fluffy please 2. Anonymous - Could you write a dialogue for Steve Harrington where the reader works at Scoops Ahoy and Steve and Dustin are in the back talking and Steve tells Dustin how much he likes the reader. Steve says "I really love y/n." and the reader opens the little window and says something like "you know I heard that whole conversation, right?" Steve and Dustin are both really shocked and Dustin runs out the back door, and Steve gets really flustered. And it ends with something really fluffy and cute, and they kiss. You totally don't have to write this, it was just an idea I had.

Ongoing Series - How Will I Know

You have walked the halls of Hawkins High unseen. If it wasn’t because Eddie Munson and his Hellfire Club had found you, you probably wouldn’t even have any friends. You knew someone like your all-time crush Steve ‘The Hair’ Harrington wouldn’t notice you in a million years. Until you get paired up for a project and he finally learns your name.

1. mycobrakai1972 - Hello love, me again 😁 but instead of Charlie I have a Eddie request (even through they closed, so if you have to much just keep it for later or if you don’t want to, just ignore my request). So I thought about the reader is to shy to play with the Hellfire Club but she really wants too. And Eddie is thinking about a campaign that he can play only with her like a D&D date night and that has a romantic twist in it? Love your writhing, and look forward to everything that is coming soon. 💗💗💗 2. lunamadhatter99 - Oohhh let me go with Eddie and a shy one😍 Reader is a shy, quiet one, she's always seen (IF she is seen) at the library and there is where our boy notices her, reading basically a book a day. He's a little shy himself, at first, more because he's worried his reputation would scare her, but one day he tries sitting at the same table and... oh boy, when she smiles at him, he's done. He would start slowly: small talk, little glances in the hallway too, making jokes every now and then. To make her feel comfortable, first thing, always. He would start to flirt, careful not to cross any line, but he made her feel so at ease that she. Flirts. Back! But that only means that he need to try try harder to see that sweet blush he loves so much😏

I'm potentially joining a friend's campaign and I need help deciding between my 2 characters (I have the okay from my DM for both of them, I'm just indecisive). AFAIK it's going to be a stock campaign from a book so it's just general 5e stuff.

The first is a sea elf bard who specializes in interpretive dance. He was the 2nd half of a musical duo with his best friend slash brother, the goose from untitled goose game, until they broke up the band over creative differences.

The goose hunts the party down at random and is immortal and will be played by the DM's airhorn. The goose will be part of the campaign whether I decide to play the bard or not, I just thought it would be fun to have personal ties to it.

The 2nd is a human monk who was a businessman in our world until he got hit by a truck and was isekaied into the DM's world. He is looking for a way to get back to his wife. He has no prior knowledge of DnD except thinking it was silly and disregarding it. He has pent up aggression against his old boss.

I'm going to go through the 7 recent files on my wip-list, and pull my favourite bits from each for this, just for a bit of variety today~

cut for length. below you'll find a mix of fic from BG3, War of the Spider Queen, The Legend of Drizzt, and Dungeons & Dragons

1 - drink me dry - (baldur's gate 3, Durge/Astarion)

And they both have missing pieces. Cazador—walking corpse, he thinks, undead is not dead, is not offal, is not carrion—took Astarion’s life and embedded a mystery in his skin as a display of mastery. Someone stole Rune’s life and left him with an empty head and a hungry knife and he doesn’t know why yet, but soon he’ll make that rotted little butler talk.

2 - light me up - (Obsession series, War of the Spider Queen/Forgotten Realms, Vizaeth/Rhylfein)

Rhylfein leans towards him, voice low. “Go on then, Thaezyr. Make me bleed.” Vizaeth’s pulse pounds in his temples. He can’t let go and he can’t look away, and whilst he’s trapped, Rhylfein takes the predator’s chance and darts his head forwards to capture Vizaeth’s mouth with his own.

3 - a delight to be around - (baldur's gate 3 , bard Tav/Gale/Astarion)

“Well, that’s sweet of you, but I don’t drink. So why don’t you two enjoy your wine and I’ll just go…find another bear or something.” Delight, never one to fall at the first, second, or even fifth hurdle, has already planned for this. They smile, and hold up their wrist. “I thought Gale and I could have wine, and you could drink as you normally do.” Gale makes a sort of strangled noise, like a cat choking on a hairball. Astarion’s eyebrows raise. He eyes Delight’s wrist, then shrugs. “Alright. I’m game if you are, Gale.”

4 - many hands - (the legend of drizzt, gromph/kimmuriel)

“My physical body possesses but one set of hands,” Kimmuriel said. “My mind may possess as many as it wishes.” “Four hands ought to be quite enough for anyone,” Gromph replied. No sign whatsoever of any amusement from the psionicist. Only a measured blink and then two more hands manifested at his shoulders; then another two at his ankles. “Eight might be called showy, my teacher.” “Do you protest because a mage hand provides you with but one arcane limb? Or because you fear what I might do with more?”

5 - untitled praise kink breakdown fic - (Obsession series, War of the Spider Queen/Forgotten Realms, Vizaeth/Rhylfein)

“Hey, shh, come here.” Rhylfein is still stroking his hair. He’d be disgusted if he knew how Vizaeth got it. He’s not good, he’s not perfect, he’s not beautiful; he’s a freak. A patchwork of scars and necromancy posing as a boy.

6 - untitled degradation kink fic - (Obsession series, War of the Spider Queen/Forgotten Realms, Vizaeth/Rhylfein)

He doesn’t like being on top like this, but he likes how Rhylfein’s hair fans out around his head, a tangle of red. He’s not going to tell him that—he’s learned quickly how little Rhylfein enjoys compliments. For whatever reason, anything that would make Vizaeth squirm with suppressed pleasure make Rhylfein recoil in disgust.

7 - sacrificium - (Dark Ascendance campaign fic, experimental BBEG OC backstory fic)

the magic that blooms with her adolesence is unsightly. untrained, unwanted, unpredictable—burnt hands, broken plates and shattered windows. matron shouts and sisters sneer and zeerith—magicless, forgotten—zeerith salves her burns and repairs the plates and sweeps the glass. he has nothing, and what she has is not worth having, so together they are less than any t’sonri should be.

Some concepts to do with my as-of-yet untitled Bionicle-themed Doom mod

Please note that, at time of writing, the mod is just texture-replacements; these are all things I'm planning on doing in the future. Not all of them will end up in the final product, either due to lack of botheringness or that they aren't actually possible (I hope I get to add most of them though).

Overall premise

A GZDoom-based total-conversion mod heavily inspired by the DS version of Bionicle Heroes. Includes a custom campaign, class mechanics and optional metroidvania elements.

Classes

At least two of them: Toa of Doom, an original elementless character that uses reskins of the default Doom II weapons and has an armour metre; and the Toa Team, which has no armour, and every weapon represents a different character (based on the main 6 elements, plus a weaker elementless one that the player starts with) with unique passive abilities and two ammunition pools (a shared one for the weapon's main attacks, and individual ones for alt-fires.

Toa Team's weapons are:

Neutral - semi-automatic with slow projectiles; alt-fire shoots a larger projectile that deals more damage but takes a while to recharge.

Fire - rapid-fire with fast projectile; alt-fire is a short-range AOE fire-blast that ignites any enemies within; immune to damaging floors.

Water - sustained beam; alt-fire is a powerful projectile with an arc, which splits into four weaker ones on impact; has unlimited air in underwater sectors.

Earth - thrown rocks with a heavy arc; alt-fire is a powerful melee attack that can also break down certain walls.

Air - basically a rail-shotgun; alt-fire is ???; can jump higher.

Stone - slow automatic hitscan with visible tracers; alt-fire is a single, more-powerful hitscan blast that passes through multiple enemies; moves faster.

Ice - long-range railgun that slows enemies on hit; alt-fire is a zoom; isn't affected by low-friction sectors.

The Campaign: Furnox Nui

A 32-map level-set. 25 of them are normal levels (2 normal levels and 1 boss level each for the 6 main elements, as well as 6 "corrupted" levels and a final boss fight), 6 of them are secret levels, and the 32nd is a hub that they're accessed from; defeating the boss of each level-set sends you back to the hub.

Depending on what class you're using, the weapon-spawns and items will be different; Toa of Doom has normal weapon-spawns and ammunition throughout each level-set but loses them after defeating the boss, whereas Toa Team unlocks new weapons (or characters) in the first level of each set and keeps them across the rest of the mod, which can be used while revisiting them in order to find secrets.

The main 6 bosses are Shadow-powered elemental automatons built by the island's Makuta,

The name is meant to sound like "inferno", because Doom.

Other stuff

Ammunition, Berserk Packs, Armour, Megaspheres and Backpacks only appear while playing as the Toa of Doom. While playing as the Toa Team, they either don't spawn or are replaced by other, more mechanically-fitting items, e.g an infinite ammo power-up.

The main, basic enemies will probably be either infected Toa (yes I know that doesn't make sense, but again, Bionicle Heroes-inspired, so it doesn't matter) or shadow Toa (the canon, evil-counterpart type, not the theoretically-canon Shadow-Matoran-but-stronger type).

If actually make and finish the mod, I might incorporate some ideas from my Bionicle Heroes DS fan-reimagining thing, including a longer campaign for the secondary elements, a recreation of the DS campaign, and something Mahri Nui-related.

Possible extra classes might include ones inspired by the Quake and Blood arsenals, as well as an alternate version of the Toa of Doom with altered weapons and the same simplified health and ammunition system as the Toa Team.

While there is some overlap between series, since they all take place within the same universe, they can be read independently of each other.

We've been talking about getting back into things by alternating, or simultaneously posting, self-contained chunks of both of our stories (BDBN and [untitled alternate continuity]). But if we did that, I'd want to post some of the self-contained Lucky mysteries first. TBH I've been thinking a lot about those guys and how much I miss them, so this solution would please me greatly.

Anyway, taking stock of what those mysteries are and which ones have been written, outlined, etc.:

Piracy!: Oof. First one I wrote and it was rough. Lucky's characterization is very different, I hadn't come up with the overground yet so it's not lore-compliant, and I think it explicitly established that Locket Downs was a neighbourhood in Toronto?

Crossed Wires: Second written, but chronologically first; it's about L&N meeting. This definitely needs to be in there, but the ~30 page version that exists I'm not happy with. We've discussed changing the plot significantly. I think it needs a stronger inciting incident for Nilou.

Untitled werewolf story: I burned this for our Monster of the Week campaign, but that version was thematically incoherent, so it's on the table for re-writing.

Ghost of the Glass Needle: Burned this for MotW. The tabletop version included the game mechanics in an interesting way, and the group's solution was so extraordinarily clever that I wouldn't want to rehash it. That was the definitive version!

The Mirror Crack'd: Doppelganger story, burned for D&D. This would probably be a better prose piece than it was a tabletop module, but I'm not super interested in revisiting it. The monster was super cool though. L&N talk about it like a case that happened, but that's more of an in-joke for if our group reads this.

The Killing Seed: LOVE this one. We wrote it as a 4-parter, and it's my second-favourite self-contained story we've ever done. It's explicitly set after [UA act 1] though.

Untitled vampire story: Was rolled into [UA act 1]. No regrets.

Manticore: We've talked about writing this one and I really like the premise, but it includes some pretty major spoilers for both [UA act 2] and BDBN, so I'd want to hold off for now.

Et in Arcadia Ego: 7-parter, written, spoiler city.

Casting the Bones: Skeletons story. We wrote this as a self-contained story (I want to say 10 parts?). It's in pretty good shape, but is definitely written as the "last story" of the self-contained group--to subvert the standard formula, there has to be an established formula, lol.

Overall I would say (1) Crossed Wires, (2) Werewolves, (3) Casting the Bones, then get into the longform material. We always have the option to retroactively set something during this time period if we want to include something else.
