I saw this relationship chart that had been translated, but you had to hover over the Japanese to see the translations. I decided to put the translations directly onto it instead, expect for character names, I'm sorry but I decided not to redraw the character portraits. I figure people can recognise the cast anyways, but if people want, I can add the names under the portraits.

I’m not breaking any new ground here, but it’s obvious that the peak of novelty New Year’s Eve numerical eyewear was 2000-2009
10/10 for legibility, visibility, and typography
for years now, this industry has been stubbornly clinging to an idea that has become too cumbersome. if you will indulge me, I will now rate 2023’s new designs:
5/10 best I can say is “it gets the job done.” it does clearly read as 2023, but the typography is bad & the visibility leaves much to be desired.
2/10 happy 20?3, i guess. they started with a decent font, but these are illegible and everything about the eyehole placement sucks.
6/10 hear me out: this is an okay compromise. it’s a cop out, sure, but it’s a viable alternative. it satisfies the basic requirements of legibility, visibility, and typographical acceptability, yet it lacks all whimsy. this feels like when you don’t do a project the way the teacher intended but you pass anyway on a technicality. this isn’t school, though, so i’m failing this design.
1/10 come on, guys. if you’re going to use the top of the 2 as an eyehole, at least use a font with a more open design, perhaps something art deco. at least when you look in the mirror with those LEDs directly in your line of sight, you won’t notice how bad the glasses look.
7/10 now we’re getting somewhere. like the first design, it uses the 3 as the second eyehole but it does so without compromising the shape of the number. unfortunately, the lack of outlines does negatively affect legibility and there may be some visibility issues for the left eye.
9/10 this is as good as it’s gonna get, folks. an actual graphic designer was clearly involved here. the typography is appealing, the color works, visibility looks good. nicely done.

Could you verify the blog @i-say-ok ?
I'm not sure if it is genuine...
My initial thought was to check every post and reblog on this blog to see if anything other than "ok." has ever been posted, however this blog has seemingly been used as a personal blog for almost a year now with well over 3,000 posts, so instead I just spent an hour scrolling through each month on the Archive page. My hope was to create a spreadsheet, but this is the best I could do in my time.
Semantically, you could argue that from their first reblog they said something other thank "ok", that being "ok." with a period, but it's obvious the goal of this blog is just to respond to everything with a variation on "ok" and not exclusively "ok" in lowercase with no formatting. However, they have in the past used words other than "ok" in the tags when contextually appropriate (f-slur in source). The full list of words they've said in the tags, according to the Tumblr Archive page from Dec 3 2022 to Oct 27 2023, are as follow:

Patrick Cotter O'Brien (1760-1806), of County Cork, Ireland, holds the distinction of being the first person confirmed, in his own lifetime, to be at least eight feet tall, at 8 foot 1 inch (c. 2.46 meters).
Depending on which source one reads, he may have been the first confirmed eight-foot tall person period, though I have read sources claiming that a skeleton was later found of another man, who supposedly lived earlier than O'Brien, and measured at eight feet in length.
Prior to him, there were the reports on Goliath's height, but the Dead Sea Scrolls demonstrated that a simple typographical error had inflated Goliath's height from something around 6 foot 9 (c. 2.06 meters), which means that Goliath was actually about the size of a basketball power forward, up to a fantastical 9 foot 9 (c. 2.97 meters)

Chapter 1 | Next Chapter
You finished your medical mission in England and you've been assigned to do another in Russia. You dropped off in Zakhaev International Airport, your co-workers already dropped off because you're in another plane for some reason. You sat near the exit to fix your things and yourself, while doing it you suddenly heard a gunshots that you don't want to hear ever again for the rest of your life. Fears starts to hunt you, knees trembling, eyes shut. You've become anxious and that memory came into your mind, again.
"Honey, come on, let's eat. Your doll can wait. You might not want to miss this dish, don't make me wait." A lady said while preparing the utensils and plates.
"Okay, Mom! Just one sec, I'll fix this first." A little girl said, starts fixing her toys.
But all of the sudden, the little girl heard a gunshots. Her knees starts to tremble, overthinking of what have just she heard. She immediately lock the door and walked to the window. She was shocked and awe for what she have just seen, she saw her mother laying down. Her mother's face is covered with blood.
"M-mom... W-what..." She said, still watching through the window. All of the sudden, she met a boy who looks like having a same age with her. The boy look at her with his heterochromia eyes.
You quickly recovered from the sudden flashback of that memory. A hand hold your arm, you face the owner of that arm and you met that heterochromia eyes again but this time it's sinister and darker than before. His eyes are full of loathing, his eyes are fixated on you, looking deeply onto your soul. Fears are coming back to you again, he held your arm tightly enough to bruised it.
"W-wait.. stop.. i-it hurts.." You said quietly and with a gentle tone but you are screaming inside, you envisage to run and hoping not to get caught by him but you knew that you couldn't.
"Кирил, посади ее в эту машину. Сделай так, чтобы она не смогла сбежать, я кое-чего от тебя жду." He said to his comrade using a walkie-talkie, you can't understand what he just said. All you knew that he's speaking russian. ("Kiril, put her in that car. Make sure that she can't escape, I'm expecting something from you.")
Another man came to your gaze and motioned you to follow him, you followed him and looking back inside the airport you saw the heterochromia eyes man and his comrades are firing to the civilians, police, or just say everyone.
"Hey, can you speak english?" You asked the man while you both walked to where the three van parked, he nods.
"Who are you and what's happening?" You said with one eyebrow raised.
He stopped his tracks and face you with arms crossed, "You know, lady, I'm not that very personal with some people. But I guess you can be trusted, Kiril's the name, and we have some things to take care of." You gave him a nod, you can't understand what he meant but you knew that you shouldn't ask anymore.
Kiril look at you and said, "I know you're confuse, I am too. Just obey boss' orders and be careful of your actions and words, he'll not hurt you — and so I am, but we're good. We can be friends."
Something's really off, you know that there's a reason why they will keep you and you feel that there's something with that heterochromia eyes man.

Space as Language: The Properties of Typographic Space
This publication, part of the Cambridge Elements: Publishing and Book Culture series, examines the function and significance of typographic space. Readers are invited to consider in turn the space within letters, the space between letters, the space between lines, and the margin space surrounding the text-block, to develop the hypothesis that viewed collectively these constitute a 'metalanguage' complementary to the text.
Drawing upon critical perspectives from printing, typeface design, typography, avant-garde artistic practice, and design history, Space as Language examines the connotative values and philosophies embodied in the form and disposition of space. For a cover, we use "512x800", for the banners in the stories they are more diverse and depend on your preference, but the most used and basic is "1280x475", then we go to the profile design,
there an icon of "500x500" is used and a "1920x600" banner. Many more graphics are used, but these are the main ones. The icon size also works for Instagram. There are many more graphics, but for these, there are no stipulated measures, I'll talk about them later.
Multiples of these can also be used for higher quality.

The second; is 500x500 ( story ad )
The third; is a 700x100 or 800x200 ( banner )
Fourth; 441x ---- ( thread )

Sixth; 800x600 ( is like the banner but with more images, I think. )
The seventh; 1920x600 ( profile header )
The eighth; 1500x2100 ( Movie Poster )
the ninth; 600x2400 ( Bookmark )

Now, let's talk about the type of covers;
I have taken several covers and I have grouped them by type, to explain myself better.
The type of cover varies depending on the preference of the writer, and what the story is about. Because of course, you can't use a pastel cover for a police and horror story, no.
The main covers are what we call minimalist -they should not be confused with typographic covers-, the simple and the manipulated ones. However, these three cover subtypes vary and I am here to tell you about every one of them.
It should be noted that not all of them are called the way I am going to say them, in some places
they are called different.
Let's start with the saturated style cover, also known as the collage or comic type.
In this style of covers, the saturation of colors is the center and the star, it has striking fonts and characters between and cut.
It is usually used for stories in the genre of comedy, drama, romantic drama, romantic comedy, and all its derivatives. However, he shines in comedy.
The light or neon style is a style where bright and striking colors are the center of attention, brightness, and contrasts that will make you freak out and leave you speechless, it is a style with great attention to detail.
The minimalist typographic style is nothing more than a photograph with a monochrome background where the contrasting color is the title. Simple.

Primer On Stylistic Elements Of Internet Speak (Zoomerese) (from what I've learned by being terminally online)
This is just text, like, normal fucking text. nothing special about this.
Because base English 🥱 only has support for shouting :O (!) questions🤨(?) and statements ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) (.), and we wanted to add new registers of voice :P, (and keyboards limit the ability to add new symbols) :-( a lot of new features to the language have to be made out of other symbols or be made of stylistic elements instead of a dedicated symbol. And since there's no dedicated authority to teach people new abstract symbols, they had to be faces so they could be intuitive. ʕ•́ᴥ•̀ʔっ♡
This isn't sARcaSTIc at all, I mean come on, why would anyone EVER want to indicate SARCASM by OVEREXAGGERATING to compensate for """"English not having a sarcasm punctuation mark""""? Like, c'mon, it's not like "/s" or ".~" can also be used AS a sarcmark.~
Oh, yeah? "RanDOM CaPS mAKeS IT sOunD LIkE mOCkiNG" that's what you sound like.
This is TOTALLY post-irony OR meta-irony, where you just, like, SAY what you actually mean but IN A SARCASTIC WAY??? Uh, what is this, some kinda "gen z exclusive" comedy/slang feature?? Like, wow, I guess you would need to do that to "create some distance" between you and your beliefs by giving you the ability to say you were "JuST KiDDinG", or as a "joke" because ""zoomers"" are so oversaturated with content that normal single level sarcasm doesn't work anymore and they need to layer that shit up two or three times, or some bullshit like that.
