Day 5 of Drawing Magolor in Twisted Wonderland Event style outfits: Halloween (Any Event)

Event Chosen: Stage In Playful Land

Spoilers for the Playful Land event and Magolor Epilogue so my thought process under the cut :)

Anyways… Yes I know I’m skipping a few days. This day wouldn’t get out of my head.

For the Kirby fans who don’t know: Basically the Playful Land event is based off of the Pinocchio movie. (The 2d animated Disney one)

And I suppose we all know Magolor’s history with being a puppet himself so hehehe I had to. Even took some elements from the Master Crown for this :)

He does look good in heels tho I should draw him in heels more

Twisted Wonderland Headcanons: Who would the first years main in Smash Bros Ultimate

Note: These headcanons predate Ortho becoming a first year.

Context: Years ago on Instagram after seeing someone I follow do Smash Mains for characters, I decided to do my own, but this time with TWST characters. I decided to chose the fighters based on the character's appearance, personality or abilities. Let's go over them shall we?

If you have suggestions for future Smash Main x TWST Headcanons, let me know

Ace Trappola and Robin (Red): Simple, both wear red and have wind based abilities (i.e Ace's Wind Magic and Robin's Up Special, Elwind)

Deuce Spade and Dark Pit (Blue): Much like how Dark Pit serves as Pit's rival in Kid Icarus Uprising, Deuce serves as both a foil and rival to Ace. Dark Pit is also known to be hostile and aggressive, much like how Deuce secretly wishes to keep his delinquent like behavior. Finally, Dark Pit's Down Special, Guardian Orbitars could function similarly to Deuce's recently introduced unique magic, Bet the Limit, which allows him to throw another person's magic right back at them, kinda like a reflect based attack in Smash.

Jack Howl and Wolf (Brown): Both are wolves, but the former can transform into one.

Epel Felmier and Isabelle (Purple): l'm aware that I could have chosen a more masculine character for Epel because he desires to be viewed as a man, but l wanted a character that could reflect his desire to not be underestimated, hence why I picked Isabelle. Both may look cute and adorable but it's not a wise choice to underestimate someone just because they look cute.

Sebek Zigvolt and Pikachu (Green): Easy, both have connections to electricity. Sebek is meant to be the personification of Maleficent's lightning based abilities and Pikachu is an electric type Pokémon.

Grim and Kirby (Gray): Yes, I could have chosen Pikachu for Grim, both I feel Kirby and Grim have a bit more in common personality and ability wise. First off, both have a fondness for food and second (Spoiler Theories Ahead) both have the ability to obtain the abilities of their enemies. Kirby inhales enemies to copy their abilities and Grim consumes Overblot remain crystals and it is speculated by some fans that the creature fought in the RPG style tutorial of Twisted Wonderland is Grim once he succumbs to the Overblot crystals power.

A little something for @alexglitches

I remade the whole Magolor betrayal dialogue for Glomas!

“Bravo, everyone.” Magolor clapped, a wide smile on his face as the boys came down from the bell tower. “You all truly earned your reputations as heroes! Your help with dealing with all these flowers was very much invaluable.” He continued, his clapping slowing to a stop. “To be honest, I was very much worried for your guys’ safety. You all look rather tired.”

“Yes, well when you run up so many flights of stairs, in outfits like these, it kinda does that to you.” Azul stated plainly.

“Ah I do suppose that is true.” Magolor agreed before chuckling, deciding to lighten his mood. “Ah how tired you all are indeed… How easy it would be…” He intentionally mused out loud, a smirk forming on his lips. “How easy it would be to finish you all off once and for all!” He giggled, walking backwards. His body then started to move upwards like he was ascending a staircase until he was quite a distance from the ground.

“What?! Why?” Deuce shouted, his voice carrying confusion and a hint of anger.

There it was. The reaction Magolor hoped for. He laughed once more before looking at the group. “Well, isn’t it obvious? Oh, what’s with all the weird looks? Fine. Let me explain everything.” He clapped his hands together as he then put on his best performance yet. “You all must’ve witnessed my little outburst of magic while climbing the stairs no doubt. That lovely little black hole earlier was but a mere fraction of my true power! I am very talented, I’m aware. And in fact, I feel as if I have fully recovered my magic! How lucky for me!” He went on, looking out for any incoming attacks.

And once he knew there were none, he continued speaking. “Anyway… The time has come for your dear Twisted Wonderland… No! The time has come for the ENTIRE UNIVERSE to bow down to me!” He laughed again before looking back down at the group, their confused faces looking up at him with disbelief, and let the silence fill the space.

After he deemed enough time had passed, Magolor then started laughing loudly, falling backwards as he floated in mid air, catching everyone off guard. “Gotcha! Hee-hee!” He suddenly said. “Oh! Oh you should’ve seen the look on your faces!” Magolor laughed, wiping tears off his face.

It took everyone a moment to realize he was joking around. “MAGOLOR!” They yelled at the floating cat eared mage.

“Whoops! Gotta go!” He said as he began to retreat as a couple of the boys started to give chase.

It was going to be a long night.
