fire pro proves you don’t need a universe mode when you have ~the theatre of the mind~

like, i’m not at all interested in kickboxing in real life, but i’m considering making and/or downloading enough striker-type characters to add an s-1 division to my game.

i’ve been playing odd individual matches as “house shows”, then i’ll have a bunch of matches set up via events that happened in those matches as a “pay per view”, with title matches at the end. who gets title shots is usually based on battle royales, tournaments and leagues that took place on earlier ppvs.

and there’ll also be one or two gimmick matches between wrestlers who either seemed to really hate each other in earlier matches, or sometimes, if two wrestlers have a 100% rated match together in a tournament or league, they’ll have another match soon after that.

and an s-1 division would just add a little more variety!

(s-1 is the fire pro equivalent of k-1, i think. like how fire pro has “gruesome fighting” in place of ufc)

also, if anyone has fire pro on ps4, please add me as a friend on psn (same usarname as this tumblr). i don’t have ps plus so we can’t play online, but it’d be nice to have some “friends’ creations” appear when i look at fpw net :D
