✤✤ STONE HEARTH ✤✤
This is the fireplace i showed in my little yule cc sneak peak! it’s actually two objects - the fireplace which functions as a stove, and the logs which function as a firepit! Your sim can use both without issue :) Sims heads will clip slightly while cooking, and the cauldren disappears briefly when opening the oven.
I would reccomment a fire tuning mod such as this one, otherwise the stove might catch on fire?

Retro-pixels "The Governess" dress for males (requested)
Someone wanted Victorian Dresses for men and I convertet it. A few months later
Victorian Dress original from Retro-pixels for the Sims 4 convertet for the Sims 3.
It is for Everday/Formal/Career and Outdoorwear categorys. It has pregnancy morph for adults.
It has four channels for recolouring. And three Custom presets that are... Intresting. Idk. how to recolour these but they are all CASTable so anyway...
The original Sims 4 creator of the dress seems like they deletet their Tumblr, but there is this repost to download here .
I took the conversion from @joojconverts and made it fit for males. Also shout outs to him making the textures and UV and all that Sims 3 compatible. His Female Conversion can be found here.

Pregnancy was difficult on Ann, she had never intended on marrying young let alone falling pregnant all before her fifteenth birthday.
Yet, she still found time to practice her hobbies. The view from the farm provided excellent inspiration for her paintings, she wasn't very good yet but it helped to pass the time.
One morning Hillary came in from doing the laundry and walked in on Ann bracing herself on the kitchen counter and clutching her stomach Ann explained that she had been feeling off most of the day. She was just about to start on luncheon when she felt an intense pain that stopped her in her tracks.
Hillary helped ann up the stairs and put her into her nightgown, then she gave Jeremiah strict instructions to go fetch warm water and towels then after go outside and not come back inside until told. Not long after Ann told Hillary she felt her waters break and was feeling the urge to push so Hillary helped her to the end of the bed.
The labour was long and hard add had never felt such pain in her life and was sure she wasn't going to make it, she knew her mother had died after having her and felt she was destined for the same faith.
After nearly an hour of pushing Ann gave birth to a healthy baby girl after the baby was cleaned and fed an exhausted Ann gave the baby to Hillary and told her to bring her to Jeremy.
Jeremiah (or Jeremy as Ann had started to call him) was relieved to hear that he had a daughter and that his wife was Safe upstairs resting after a difficult birth.

S3 Rococo Nighties Separates
Converted from Sims 3 Store Rococo set - edited and adapted for Sims 4.
Tops: soft, frilly. Sleeveless. Two variations - tucked or untucked.
Bloomers: Three variations: short, knee length, longer.
Skirt: Three variations: short, midi, maxi length
86 swatches.
I counted: each age version has 1000+ possible combos.
There may be some clipping with the untucked version - it is optimized for the pants/skirts from the same set.
All versions merged in one handy file.
All the different age versions take their textures form the adult versions - one merged file for each.
Unmerge the files if you want to edit or remerge but remember to keep the files together.

The past two years have brought great change for the Hobson family after Michael Hobson died in 1849 while fighting a fire that had broken out in the servant's quarters of the manor the family were living and working in. After his father's untimely passing as the new patriarch Jeremiah decided to propose to his beau, ann and move his family to the United States.
After a long and arduous journey the family reached the USA, Jeremiah took out a loan and bought a plot of land the same day their home was finally finished Jeremiah and Ann wed in a private ceremony with only Jeremiah's mother in attendance.
And just in time, Ann is pregnant…
